Pros:

Spa was outstanding and nice breakfast and when we asked for a replacement pillow and travel kettle the hotel sorted quickly!

Cons:

Not much not to like - wouldn’t be ideal location without a car tho ski bus picks up across the road

Quiet, welcoming, and beautiful both inside and out
Pros:

Both the hotel and the town are ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. After 8 p.m. everything seems to fall asleep. Such silence in the hotel and throughout the town, even though there are still people, cars, and restaurants, especially in high season is quite rare. For some guests, however, this might feel like a downside.

Cons:

There are no bathrobes or slippers in the room - they need to be requested and come at a small additional charge, which feels slightly surprising for a fourstar hotel with a spa. Tea is available only in the spa area, there are no facilities in the room to make tea or coffee

It was the best choice to go back to Carpe Diem Hotel!
Pros:

Everything was great. We had one of the best rooms, with a wonderful terrace and a spectacular view of the mountains.
Comfortable bed and pillows. Comfortable temperature in the room. Snow-white towels.
The SPA is amazing; we joined it almost every day after snowboarding on the slopes.
The staff is friendly, careful and helpful.

Pros:

Struttura degna delle sue quattro stelle. Colazione eccezionale, con prodotti di qualità e cose nuove ogni giorno, sia di dolce che salato, completamente assente qualsiasi tipo di prodotto industriale e vassoi del buffet sempre pieni. La spa è di tutto rispetto, con vasca idromassaggio, sauna bagno turco e docce emozionali, in più presente un'area relax con vista montagna con a servizio succhi e tisane. Presente un'ampia area parcheggio ma noi non abbiamo preso quasi mai l'auto poichè presente fermata bus proprio all'uscita dell'hotel con destinazione presso tutto le località sciistiche. Stanza delle giuste dimensioni, bagno dignitoso e ogni giorno riordinata e pulita. Letto comodo e presenza di due ciscini, uno morbido ed uno un pò più duro, a soddisfare l'esigenza di tutti. La vista dalla camera è molto suggestiva. Titolare e personale molto gentili e disponibili a soddisfare anche la più stupida esigenza. Per me è un garnì idelae per la vacanza in montagna

Pros:

La struttura complessivamente molto curata anche nei piccoli dettagli ma in particolare ci è piaciuta la piscina nella spa e l’ottima colazione abbondante e di grande qualità dei prodotti.
