abbiamo trascorso due bei giorni a palazzo indelli!
Pros:

affacciata su una bellissima piazzetta, dove la sera tardi si subiva un poco il rumore dei commerci prima e dopo la chiusura.
ma era comunque incantevole la posizione.
colazione corretta ma come indicato in altre recensioni, potrebbe offrire qualcosina di più e magari evitare alle 10.05 di mettere paravento ad indicare: punto, fine. un piccolo margine rimane sempre gradito, intendendo 15 20 minuti...
stanza piccolina ma superdecorosa e molto pulita. soffitti incredibilmente altissimi.
la parte inferiore della della doccia forse potrebbe necessitare migliorie.
personale super cortese e disponibile, dandoci volentieri diversi suggerimenti e informazioni!
due bei giorni quelli trascorsi a palazzo indelli, da ritornare!

Das Hotel war für uns die perfekte Wahl.
Pros:

Phantastische Lage in der Altstadt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und sehr gepflegt. Imposant sind die hohen Deckel in den Zimmern.

Cons:

obwohl das Bad modern und schön war, ist die Dusche sehr schlecht gewählt. Selbst als kleine und schlanke Person, kann man dich in der Dusche weder umdrehen noch bücken ohne sich zu stoßen.
Das Barpersonal am Abend wirkte sehr gestresst und war wenig flexibel.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour. Tout était super. J’ai adoré que l’hôtel soit dans le centre storico et la chambre était vraiment incroyable

Not worth your money, go somewhere else.
Pros:

The location is good, centrally located but can be noisy at night. The terrace is nice.

Cons:

The building is old so understandably there are things they can’t control, like soundproofing, size of bathroom etc. although they can make the doors slam less as to not be awakened by guests at late hours of the night. No Air conditioning in the lobby, which can be brutal checking in or checking out if there’s a wait. However the biggest problem we had was the disgusting bathroom shower that had mold in it. When I raised the issue to the front desk, they tried to explain it away. They ended up cleaning some of it, but at no point was there any compensation or consolation gesture to make up for the experience. When I raised the issue again, and asked for a manager I was told the manager wasn’t there at the time and that was it. The staff had no authority to offer like a drink or food voucher to their own restaurant, and they never bothered to ask the manager who was never there during our 3 day stay (still don’t understand why the manager was not contacted by phone) For the price per night, it’s definitely not worth the value to experience the property grounds or the staff handling of the situation. It was a really disappointing experience.

Lovely hotel even more lovely staff great location
Pros:

The hotel staff is superb. They are very helpful and service. It’s a safe location. They are accommodating. The free breakfast is a plus. It’s a great location if you want to stay in the old town. There is street parking nearby in a parking lot, not too far. Very walkable lots of restaurants and shops around. Quick 15 min walk to the train station.

The hotel was right in the middle of the Monopoli action, and the staff was fantastic!
Pros:

The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. We were able to check in early with a large group and very appreciative of the hotel’s willingness to allow us to do so. They even had a staffer meet us in the parking lots with a tuk-tuk to move our luggage. The location was great for us and the breakfast buffet and staff were great!

Cons:

The parking was a little tricky to establish, and was a bit of a distance to get to.

Preis-Leistung ungenügend. Insgesamt enttäuschernder Hotelaufenthalt.

Lage ist sehr gut. Zentral gelegen im alten Stadtkern.

Cons:

Zimmer 105 mit sehr kleiner und enger Duschkabine, nicht mehr zeitgemäss. Balkon für andere Gäste zugänglich. Balkontüre zum Balkon, welche die einzige Lichtquelle des Zimmers ist, ohne Milchglas, das heisst keine Privatsphäre, Leute können ins Zimmer hineinschauen. Somit muss die Abdeckung des Balkontürglases immer geschlossen gehalten werden, damit niemand Einblick ins Zimmer und man Privatsphäre hat. Ein Milchglas würde es erlauben die Läden zu öffnen, damit man wenigstens Tageslicht hätte.

Mitten in der Altstadt und sehr zentral

Cons:

Durch die zentrale Lage extrem laut Nachts und die Fenster ganz schlecht isoliert. 3 Tage nicht an Schlaf zu denken. Als Alleinreisende zum vollen, sehr teurem Preis ein sehr, sehr kleines Einzelzimmer bekommen. Es tut mir sehr leid, aber als Single keine Empfehlung.

Perfect hotel but with terrible breakfast.

The staff especially Mrs Marilena was very helpful and give us a lot of information about property and Monopoli.

Cons:

Property was beautiful and rooms and everything except breakfast. You cannot call it breakfast. And you must pay for it . Its mybe breakfast for ** not for ****. Do we pay for out breakfast and eat breakfast outside the hotel. Unbelievable !! Small table with no coffee machine, small plate with fruits and one small plate with salami and chese. Bread with tomatoe old from day before, ad juice which was not juice.
