The Centrino Serviced Residence

Very nice and clean Hotel with AC. I've had a very good night there and will stay there again if I come back to Surat Thani...

Room is clean and comfortable.
This place is nearly community e.g San Chao market (in Thai is ตลาดศาลเจ้า), Walking street (On Saturday night), Ta Pee river (in Thai is แม่น้ำตาปี).

You can take Tuk Tuk to everywhere in city.

Arrived tired and wanting room for shower and sleep.

There was some confusion with booking. Anyhow it was eventually sorted.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room but heyho only here for 1 night and was clean and comfortable.

I stayed here for one night before heading back home. The hotel is only a 30 minute car ride to the airport and is centrally located in Surat Thani. The hospital is nearby so you are a close walk away from plenty of street food vendors and a 711. I didn't see many restaurants when I was there but it was a Sunday so they could have been closed. The staff are friendly and the room was very clean. You have an option to eat breakfast there but it was closed when I stayed with them.

エレベーターがあるので4階でも楽でした。朝は1階にインスタントコーヒーとトーストのサービスが無料であるのが嬉しいです。

Hotel bem novinho! Confortável, limpo, e o staff bem solícito. Não fica numa área central.... como fiquei só de passagem a caminho de koh phangnan me atendeu bem!

Død lækkert hotel! .. Lå et lidt sjovt sted, men meget flot og modere. Helt klart pengene værd!

The place was decent enough with a nice shower and room had an a/c that cranked out cold air. The neighborhood is not food for walking around at night as it did not feel safe and was poorly lit. The staff does not speak english almost at all so not much of a point to ask questions. Day market around hotel was kind of cool though. It worked for a one night stay before going to the ferry the next day to Kog Phangnon but beyond that I would not recommend the area.

A relatively new establishment with modern basic facilities in excellent order. Comfortable bed and good shower. Helpful staff. Excellent value for money. Situated in a quiet soi just off the main road. No restaurant but a number available within walking distance. Complimentary tea and coffee and toast in the main foyer in the morning

We had a problem with some misinformation from the front desk girl. She didn't speak much English so we were misinformed. The manager came and explained the situation and smoothed out the situation. Front desk girls need more information regarding travelling around that area.

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Centrino und es war hervorragend. Ein riesiges Zimmer mit großen Betten. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und man hat sich von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die Klimaanlage war sehr leise und tadellos. Weiterhin ein riesiger Kühlschrank mit freiem Wasser. Wir hatten einen Balkon und einen tollen Sessel. Für den Preis unschlagbar! Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, auch wenn nicht alle super englisch verstanden, war es kein Problem.

The Centrino is an excellent hotel in most respects: clean, bright, rooms with most of the amenities that one would expect in a good 3-star hotel. The only problem is distance from downtown. (Go out to the main and flag down a tuk-tuk. Pay about 30-40 baht to the center of town.) Staff, like staff at most Thai 3-star hotels, would rather not have to deal with guests in Englis, and don't offer help. If asked, they will try to comply, but there is only so much they can do. Even with these minor problems I would happily book there again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Centrino to friends.

I stayed here two times on the row. All very good for the lovely price. All staff doesnt really communicate with english, but there is always somebody with enough languageskills. Recommended!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Free parking. Clean room and decent air-cond.
