Dommage!
Pros:

Parfait lorsque l'on veut être au calme un peu à l'écart de Marrakech (14 klm) le cadre un ancien ryad reconverti est très beau vue sur les montagnes enneigées de l'Atlas. Personnel attentionné qui fait de son mieux pour vous faire plaisir. Excellent petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Quel dommage! Nous y avons séjourné il y a un peu plus de dix ans et nous faisions une joie de revenir mais nous n'avons pu que constater que l'hôtel était sur le déclin: jardin pas entretenu, bains de soleil autour de la piscine dont les velum ne sont pas remplacés, la cuisine, certes bonne, n'a plus rien à voir avec celle d'antan. L'hôtel ne sert plus d'alcool. Par égard pour nos hôtes je ne développe pas plus mais si l'établissement continue dans cette voie je suis inquiet pour son avenir.

Beautiful property, very spacious grounds. Good for privacy and if you want to be a bit more remote will be perfect

Cons:

Quite far from central marrakech about 20-25 mins taxi. No ATM, hammam was not working during our stay which was disappointing.

Le petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine était très copieux.

Cons:

Une petite suggestion : laisser une bouteille d'eau à disposition pour l'arrivée, ainsi que des pantoufles de bain seraient appréciables à ce niveau de standing.

Überhaupt nichts. Wir haben das Hotel innerhalb einer Stunde verlassen!

Alle Bilder auf Booking Seite entsprechen nicht der Realität. Wurden massiv nachgearbeitet! Die Bettwäsche war nicht sauber und hatte alte Flecken.

The uniq suite was lovely and clean. However the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, taxi cost are significant to get into city centre. The architecture is very Moroccan which is lovely and authentic . The room was very clean and the bed was big and spacious.

Cons:

The distance and the overall location wasn’t great, and that is partly our own fault for not checking thoroughly enough. However being said no readily available transport into Marrakech.

The suite on the ground floor attracts a lot of noise from above and surrounding area and reception. There is not much to do at the hotel and no shops nearby nor could you walk to any shops nearby. The area approaching the hotel is very dark at night hence wouldn’t recommend any walks at night either.

A disappointing stay where outdated photos hid a neglected and poorly maintained hotel.

This hotel did not match the photos at all.
We had to change rooms twice because there was no hot water. Eventually we were moved to a suite, but even there the problems continued.

The photos on Booking are clearly from when the hotel was newly built. The current reality is completely different. The property is worn down, neglected, and far from what is advertised.

The garden has also lost all its charm and feels lifeless. The pool might be nice in theory, but it is certainly not a reason to book this hotel.

Everything felt tired and poorly maintained. Textiles were old and barely intact, many things were broken or dirty, and the overall impression was closer to an abandoned palace than a luxury stay. Breakfast was just barely acceptable, but even there the details were shocking. The bread basket was completely torn and tablecloths were stained.

This is especially disappointing because the building itself, the old tiles, and the architecture could be beautiful with proper care. It feels like the property has not been maintained for many years.

The location is somewhat far from the center, but that would not be an issue with taxis if the hotel were actually in good condition. At these prices, and if you are looking for a refined or luxurious experience, I cannot recommend this place.

The whole experience was somewhat absurd. In the end, we had no choice but to take it with humor, but I truly cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Hopefully someone will eventually buy it and restore it to its former potential.
