Cons:

I left the laptop charger in the room and when i returned it was missing. The room was just cleaned.

Reasonably good for value. Need better towels and room layout. Quite place .
Pros:

Proximity to major cross road. Easy to get Auto or cab. Uber location is easy to get to or find.
Breakfast was very good with good variation each day. Catering manager and staff always welcoming and ready to assist your needs for comfort.
Front desk staff was excellent . Had very goid interraction with Mahir and Manav from very 1 st day of arrival. They Addressed my minor to major concerns for my comfort immediately at all times. A rare experience at any IHG Hotels I have stayed update.

Cons:

Total room area is too small for international travelers with 2 bags of 22 kg each + backpack and a Gand baggage. Get a lot cramps to move a round.
Lobby waiting are was small with amount of guest visiting this property, specially at check in and check out times. But Starbucks on the property was a nice place to meet and greet. Staff at Starbucks was also very nice and efficient.

Cozy and relaxing
Pros:

The hotel was super clean and super comfortable. The staff is super nice, polite and helpful. Wonderful breakfast with indian and continental breakfast. Coffee of all types and chai!

Cons:

Our room was a bit small but it was good for few days. Next time I will book a bigger room.

Pros:

Nothing the rooms are tiny! Washrooms commodes had stains !!

Cons:

The breakfast service is the worst! It is managed by one tiny girl who runs around like a headless chicken!! Either staff there doesn’t anticipate and cook for the guests staying or they just don’t care!
I had to check in the last moment at middle of the night at an ungodly hour due to flight delay the girl at the front desk was not at all accommodating I spoke to her over the phone explained my situation she was not understanding as I didn’t had a choice I took the room ! The lady I spoke to never came out at the front desk when I reached there sent her colleague Tania she was still understanding the other lady kept ordering from a room behind the front desk!! And then I saw a cockroach sneaking out from their front desk side. As I had to catch flight next morning I checked out , I had booked myself for next couple of days there I had requested cancellation the only understanding staff Manav helped with the process, he came out as an extremely matured and very knowledgeable person.
