Mal wieder in Istanbul.
Die Zimmer wurden neu dekoriert alles ist wunderbar. An der Rezeption Herr Berke und Sergen mal wieder überaus hilfsbereit.
Habe direkt verlängert.

Hôtel propre, personnel agréable dans le sympathique quartier d'Üsküdar.
Pros:

Le personnel, la chambre, le petit-déjeuner… rien à redire, tout était impeccable !

Cons:

La chambre était propre dans l’ensemble, même si quelques recoins semblaient avoir été oubliés, rien toutefois qui ait gâché ou perturbé notre séjour.

Half of the people from the staff do not know English,Room service we were served uncooked French fries,The location not the best,Cleaning of the rooms was not on time I always had to call and tell them.Too many people working in reception not enough knowing what to do.
