Pros:

Unfortunately, there was nothing I appreciated about this accommodation, as the overall experience was extremely disappointing.

Cons:

Absolutely terrible experience. Avoid this place.
The windows did not open, the stairs were unusable, and the lift was awful. Anyone with claustrophobia would find it impossible to stay here.

The owners were extremely neglectful and showed no care for guests. The accommodation was uncomfortable, poorly managed, and completely unacceptable. I could only stay for 10 minutes before I had to leave and book somewhere else.

It was a total waste of money, and they refused to refund me. One of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had.

OK but could hve been better
Pros:

Room size, hotel location, cleanliness of the room, Check in and check out process, amenities in the room were good. The room was spacious and had the extra sofa cum bed that makes the room comfortable for a family of upto 4 people.

Cons:

The mattress of the sofa-cum-bed needs replacement. it is too uncomfortable to sleep in. The room was not pre-cleaned as there was trash under the bed.

Hyvä sijainti ja siistiä.

Cons:

Varaus oli 4 hlön huone, jossa 4 hlöä, mutta vain kaksi täkkiä ja sohvatyynyt tyynyinä. Ikävä nukkua. Asiasta soitettiin kun yövyttiin vielä toinen yö, mutta asia ei parantunut. Huoneessa oli käyty, mutta vain pyyhkeet oli vaihdettu, muttei tuotu täkkejä eikä tyynyjä.

Pros:

It was close to everything we wanted to see in Turku.

Cons:

There were wrappers under the bed that weren't ours which made me think the room wasn't cleaned well. The light in my room was broken and it took a long time to figure out how to turn it off before bed. I am not a fan personally about not having a front desk person to help with issues. We also had a hard time getting our code to work and getting in. I wasn't very impressed with the hotel. I probably wont come here again.

Että hotelli oli keskustassa muta muuten oli epäsiisti purkkaa ja ja jotai kalja tahmaita tahroja lattialla ja peitto oli likainen toinen niin nukuttiin yhdellä.
