Het Diamond Plaza Hotel in Surat Thani, Thailand werd gebouwd en geopend in 2001. Het hotel met ongeveer 400 kamers is sindsdien in gebruik en is in 2019 gerenoveerd om faciliteiten en kamers te moderniseren.

The hotel is showing its age. The staff is excellent though.

The staff is very helpful.

Cons:

We stayed the night when there was a big bike gathering at the empty lot next to the hotel. The party was playing music at full blast until 1 am. We could not sleep.
