Великолепный вид с террасы отеля перекрывает все минусы!
Pros:

Потрясающий вид из окна номера и особенно с террасы, на которой проходили завтраки. Только ради этого вида можно выбрать этот отель!

Cons:

Мебель в номере - старая и сам номер требует ремонта. Рваная штора на одном из окон.Всего по одному пакетику чая на сутки на человека.

Отличный отель! В номерах чисто, уборка регулярная. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый, сервис на хорошем уровне. Удобное расположение — легко добраться до всех основных мест. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. Остались очень довольны, с радостью вернёмся снова!

В ванной комнате не помешал бы лёгкий косметический ремонт.

Great stay
Pros:

The location is perfect for a weekend trip, you can easily reach the city’s main attractions in 5 min walking. Our room (deluxe with sea view) was very clean, spacious, and offered a beautiful sea view. Furthermore, the bed was quite comfortable and I really appreciated the bathroom with a window — a rare detail in many hotels.
The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our entire stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality.

Cons:

The breakfast terrace has a stunning view of the sea and the Blue Mosque. However, the quality of the food could definitely be improved. With a few improvements to the food the hotel would make a significant upgrade.

Спасибо большое за гостеприимство всем сотрудникам отеля! Все чисто, белье чистое, завтраки вполне хорошие, всё вкусное и свежее! Кто-то писал про хлеб с плесенью ! Ребята, о чём вы, там булочки свежевыпеченные! Если сравнивать отели именно в той локации, то у АРЕН самая высокая веранда, с которой открывается невероятный вид! Улица тихая, высыпались очень хорошо. Если хочется суеты, перейдите на улицу выше и сразу окажетесь на площади! Уютный небольшой чистый отель! Кошечка-хозяюшка добавляет колорита!

Great place , worth a visit !
Pros:

I liked where the hotel located , the view from the window and the view from the rooftop , the breakfast also seems fine .

Cons:

Well I guess the only thing I didn’t like is the commercial offers on the lobby which they’re extremely expensive and you can get them for much less in other places, maybe if you bargain .
Also a women serving in kitchen looks unhappy to serve clients ( all kitchen team are good specially the older blonde women )
