I likek the special attention I received from the personnel, they are very friendly, and i would personally would like to tank Anita, she went way beyond her duties and helped me to book a last minute trip to Petra, Jordan. High five Anita i really appreciate your assistance

Not in a nice area though it was convenient. The staff was wonderful! They made is into a positive. Very kind and very helpful staff.

The best part of this hotel is the Front Desk service. They are all nice and very helpful people working at the desk, and will help with just about anything. The rest of the staff is friendly too. A mostly comfortable and quiet hotel in a good location, if you don't mind older furniture and bathroom facilities. Overall a great experience here.

We enjoyed our stay, it is near Harod’s Gate in Jerusalem.

Helpful and friendly staff

The staff was absolutely amazing. The people who worked the desk were most helpful and friendly. The breakfast was absolutely excellent, one of the best I have ever had. Once again the staff at the restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was absolutely perfect, walking distance to everything. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It was a great stay.

Anita at the front desk was very helpful and very kind. She arranged the tours and transports. She saw to it what we needed in our stay and gave us clear view of city informations. We gave her a tip of $40 and we could had given more for what she deserved. Anita of Victoria hotel was amazing.

This was a great location to walk to Old Jerusalem and surroundings like mount of olives and Gethsemane. The staff was excellent and helped make the stay. Not many area restaurants but was recommended Hotel Jersulam gardens where we ate and drank every night. Their staff was so friendly generous and outstanding food..will definitely recommend this hotel but it is rather “tired” and could use updating.

The property was conveniently located.
We picked this hotel because it stated it had parking. When we got there that was not the case. We spent a lot of extra money having to park in a distant parking garage.

Nothing was good with this hotel not clean at all we were chocked it is not even 2 stars please you have to be more helpful to us when we booked with you

This small hotel was a bit hard to find since it's on a back street. The lobby is fresh and modern; the upstairs and rooms are adequate but definitely need an update. The staff was pleasant, helpful and responsive. The breakfast was more than ample if you like a Middle Eastern spread, which I do. The room was small and a bit noisy during the day from traffic and children in the nearby school, but I was mostly out during the day. The location is very close to the Old City and easy to reach by public transportation.

Amazing Hotel! Affordable, clean and homely! Plus the staff such as Anita, Michael and Saffan are as kind and accommodating as can be! Will definitely staying here again, highly recommended!
