清潔さ満点
Pros:

とりわけ、清潔面においてどこよりも掃除が行き届いており、快適に過ごせました。
空気清浄機のフィルターも給水タンクも綺麗でしたし設備が新しいとは言えないけど、お風呂周りも無臭、よくある掃除で落ち切れていない汗臭さやカビ臭さのない気持ちの良い浴室でした。湯沸かしのケトルもなんの抵抗感もなく安心して使用できました。
立地も駅が近く、ココスが良い目印となってわかりやすかったです。

Cons:

とくになし。3階だけ改装工事中だったので新たにオープンするのが楽しみです。一点、工事の関係でエレベーター内が養生されていて、館内のフロアの情報が全く見えなかったのは困りました。一階フロント横に自販機のフロア表示とフリーレンタルマンガ設置階が表示されていただけでしたので、他にも表示が欲しかったです。

朝食が良いとの口コミでココスだったので楽しみにしていましたが、ちょっと期待しすぎたようです。一般的なビジホの朝食で可もなく不可もなく価格相応でした。

安心

Pros:

スタッフの対応も良かったし、ホテルの設備等も問題なく快適に過ごせた
ホテルのすぐ近くに小さいスーパー等あって便利だった

Cons:

ビジネスホテルなのでしょうがないと思うが、強いて言えば部屋が手狭でベッドの横のスペースがなく動きづらかった
