Loud neighbors and low water pressure
Cons:

I had loud neighbors so I went to the desk for help. They were really professional and went to see them but the noise continued for my entire stay (3 days). When I say "noise", I mean loud banging from the closing doors because of a group who was changing from room to room non-stop. Nothing was done after.

Also, the water pressure was non-existent on the 7th floor and it was quite frustrating.

部屋が狭すぎて居心地が悪い。アメニティはヘアキャップがなく、女性客目線ではない。

Pros:

外国人クルーの対応が本当に素敵でした
室内は清潔で良かったです
また利用したいです

Cons:

二名で泊まるわけなので、掛け布団も二名分用意してもらえたら最高です
湯沸かし機器の底を見てください
カビのようなものがありましたので
どうかと思ったけど、洗浄して使用しました
あとはほんとうに良かったですよ

ツインにいつも泊まりたいです
Pros:

息子の家に近いから

Cons:

予約が多く、何ヶ月前からも予約出来ず、一泊しか出来ずやむを得ず他のホテルに泊まりました。
いつも使っているので常連の客にはメリット欲しいです。
