Sehr hilfreiches, freundliches Personal. Gute Betten, saubere Zimmer.
Pros:

Super freundliches Personal, early check-in im Morgengrauen! Erstes Zimmer war wegen Strassenlärm etwas zu laut -ich konnte sofort wechseln. Liegt auch dran, dass das Hotel nicht ausgelastet war auf Grund der Sicherheitslage.

Pros:

Готель справді сворив атмосферу бажаного перебування. Врахування побажань (раннє заселення з доплатою, розстановка ліжок, додаткові подушки за запитом, водичка в номер кожен день, є холодильний мінібар). Максимально ввічливий україномовний персонал. Сніданки різноманітні, голодним не підеш, завжди щось підбереш. Окрема подяка за надсмачні десерти з фантазією і експозицією - тут просто захоплення. Дуже зручне розташування для тих, хто без машини - поряд трамваї і в пішій доступності центр міста. Поряд багато кафе і ресторанів, Сільпо.

Cons:

Дуже гучні гості у внутрішньому дворику, які галасують до 2-3 годин ночі (не кожну ніч, але...). Якщо вікна кімнати на цей майданчик, а хочеться відкриті вікна - то це може бути проблемою. Дають беруші, скоріш за все на цей випадок, але це не дуже допомагає тим, хто їх не може носити. Ще був несподіваний момент - прокинутися від гулу генератора (як виявилося це Сільпошний), коли електроенергія була в наявності, а вони чомусь ганяли його півдня. Та все це фактори, які не впливають на загальну високу оцінку готелю.

Чудовий персонал, шведська лінія, можливість спуску в підземне укриття з другого поверху за 10-20 секунд

Все сподобалось, буду зупинятись в готелі надалі. Дай Боже щоб орки залишили Одесу в спокої.
Pros:

Особливо сподобалась тиша в готелі, мала можливість між робочими зустрічами в місті та на відозв"язку в самому готелі мати затишок. Дуже ввічливий і уважний персонал. Багато подорожувала в Європі, маю змогу порівнювати - в Олександрівському мені особисто чудово. Все чітко, чисто, ввічливо, красиво і без метушні.

У мене немає зауважень.

Цей отель найкращий серед тих, в яких ми були в Одесі.
1. Персонал кожного дня змінювати рушники, прибирає та ставить воду
2. В номері є чайник, чай
3. Дуже простора ванна кімната, гарний душ та є все необхідне, є халати та потужний фен
4. Різноманітний та смачний сніданок в форматі шведського столу. Є безліч фруктів, смачних десертів, є дієтичні страви. Смачна кава
5. Є ліфт
6. Гарні балаончики, де можна ввечері посидіти
7. Розташування в центрі міста поруч розвинена інфраструктура
8. Гарна шумоізоляція, совмім нп чутно сусідів

Мінуси:
Парковка звичайна вздовж дороги, якщо є вільні місця то можна припаркувався. Якщо ні - проблеми ваші.
