Pros:

We appreciated the attentive and helpful staff. We got an upgrade and it was really lovely. The room was perfect, spacious and with a fantastic view of the mountains.
The spa area was wonderful, with places to sit, lay down and relax. The saunas were great and the pool was also perfect. We were lucky that not many people were around, so we could enjoy all the areas without feeling cramped.
The breakfast was delicious, the bread was amazing and the highlight for us. Everything was fresh and lovely presented. The tea sortiment was also appreciated, with delicious black and herbal teas.
Dinner at the restaurant Heimat was fantastic. Everything was prepared perfectly and it was absolutely delicious, we are dreading going back home after such amazing food.
Thank you so, so much to all the staff. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back soon.

Cons:

The only tiny thing was the size of the shower, which could be a bit bigger. But it was not a deal breaker.

Tolles Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal. Frühstück war super.

Cons:

Im Sauna/Badebereich wurden die Gläser sehr lange nicht nachgefüllt und die benutzten Handtücher stapelten sich. Bei den WCs wurde das Toilettenpapier nicht nachgefüllt. Das war etwas schade.

Pros:

Schon zum dritten Mal bewohnten wir ein Chalet und haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Die eigene Sauna, die Terrasse hinterm Haus und der zur Verfügung gestellte Grill sorgten wieder für ein rundum gelungenes Wochenende. Herausragend war auch mal wieder das Frühstück. Der Wellnessbereich ist angenehm wenig voll und sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Hervorzuheben sind die stets ausreichend vorhandenen Handtücher und der großzügige Relaxbereich
