Guten zentrale Lage, Parkmöglichkeit direkt beim Hotel

Cons:

Sanitäre Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen, Wasserhahn beim Lavabo funktionierte zeitweise nicht, Badewanne sah etwas mitgenommen aus und die Fugen hatten Schimmel. Die Balkontüre konnte nicht vollständig geschlossen werden und der Parkettboden davor war von einem Wasserschaden verfault. Schrank oder Garderobe waren nicht vorhanden lediglich an der Decke eine Stange die man nur mit einer Stange benützen konnte. So ein Zimmer sollte saniert werden und darf auf keinen Fall mehr vermietet werden!

Cons:

Camera assolutamente non all’altezza di un 4 stelle. Piccola e con arredamento datato e poca manutenzione. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza vista lago e ci hanno dato una sistemazione vista tetti. Poi dopo le nostre rimostranze ci hanno sostituito la la camera molto piccola con una vista diversa e accettabile. Nella camera Addirittura non c’era armadio ma un asta alta due metri a vista per cui avremmo dovuto scaricare le stampelle per allocare la biancheria con manovre da circo. Pulizia mediocre e vasca e lavandino che non scaricavano l’acqua.

Ottima posizione e personale cortese. Buona anche la colazione.

Cons:

La stanza è poco accessoriata per essere un hotel a 4 stelle (canali satellitari non disponibili, assenza di ciabatte e accappatoio, kit da bagno scarso) e la doccia è assolutamente da rivedere, essendoci una vasca stretta con la tenda in plastica e un soffione fisso da campeggio anni 80.
In generale, il rapporto qualità prezzo è scarso, considerato che il parcheggio è a pagamento (e costa quanto quello pubblico del piazzale adiacente)

Pros:

This hotel requires significant maintenance. We went there for our anniversary, and it was very noisy due to the constant air conditioning sounds. The room was tiny and did not have a wardrobe; we had to hang our clothes on a rail near the ceiling, which caused one of my dresses to get damaged. The facilities were very old and rundown. Additionally, the hot tap in the sink didn’t work, and the sheets had stains on them. There were numerous issues during our stay, and the coffee was terrible.

Der Barman am 6.4. ca 20 Uhr!
Nach Bestellung u.a. eines Wassers wurde dies nicht geliefert.
Bei Rechnungsstellung darauf aufmerksam gemacht.
Auch nach der Frage, warum an allen Nebentischen Chips gebracht wurden und bei uns nicht,reagiert er, indem er während unseres Aufbruchs diese nachreichte.
Er zerriss die Rechnung und meinte, dass Signieren nicht nötig sei!
Beim Bezahlen der Rechnung war der Betrag fürs Wasser immer noch vorhanden.
Der Concierge bemühte sich redlich, den Fehler ausfindig zu machen.
Es geht mir nicht um die läppigen 5 Euros.
Dies ist aber ein „No go“!

Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet keine Alternativen für Personen mit Laktoseintoleranz. Trotz Nachfrage am Vorabend konnte nichts organisiert werden. Im Zimmer fehlt ein Wasserkocher.
