We like staying in Orta San Guilio & thé hôtel was in a perfect location right on the lake

Cons:

Maintenance could be improved - lights flickered on and off, safe broken, a slat in the bed was broken. Emails requesting information before arrival were not answered. Wifi in room (in the Villa Gippini) was weak & unstable.

Bon petit déjeuner, mais la salle tout en longueur ne nous a pas permis d’être seuls à notre table !

Cons:

Il nous a été fourni une chambre minable pour 320€. La Clim ne fonctionnant pas, on a finalement eu une très belle chambre, mais la différence entre les 2 étant tellement énorme, comment fait-on pour être sûr de tomber sur la bonne : un peu agaçant !!!

Endroit exceptionnel pour une déconnexion totale
Pros:

emplacement de rêve, au bord du lac d'Orta et en hyper centre du village historique, une parenthèse enchantée dans un lenvironnement bucolique. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr.

Plug does not fit the bath, so no alternative but to have a shower, which was very disappointing, same with the washbasin plug didn't fit there either.
Mattress needs to be updated too, not very comfortable
