Really nice place
Pros:

Excellent location with plenty of off road parking. Outdoor seating was nice in the sun.

Cons:

No staff available early hours of the morning and keyfob failed to let me back in.

Would love to give this 10/10 and apart from the two niggles would have, Would def stay there again
Pros:

Staff were very helpful, even swapped our room from the second floor to the first as my wife struggles with stairs. The room was spacious and well equipped, two lovely seats as well as a four poster bed.

Cons:

The cold water to the basin was just a trickle but when reported seemed to be taken seriously and details were passed to their maintenance person. The breakfast, although cooked just right, could have been hotter.

Cons:

Staff not friendly or approachable.
Outdated and run down .
Made to feel really uncomfortable with the amount of drunk locals running about the hotel.
No place to park after being out all day. Shower faulty. No lift to the 3rd floor.

Pros:

Das Eagles Hotel ist ein schönes altes Gemäuer in zentraler Lage von Llanrwst. Obwohl zum Zeitpunkt unserer Ankunft im Hotel eine große Veranstaltung lief, war unser Parkplatz frei, und wir wurden sehr freundlich zum Check-In empfangen. Das Zimmer lag zwar im zweiten Stock und konnte nur über eine Treppe erreicht werden, zeigte sich aber recht groß und gut ausgestattet. Gleiches lässt sich über das offensichtlich neu renovierte Bad sagen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Durch die Veranstaltung war es auch spätabends noch sehr laut im Haus - aber damit muss man an einem Freitagabend halt rechnen.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

The room was large and very comfortable, it was hot during our stay and fans were already placed in the room.
Dinner was very good and well presented, it was reasonably priced.
Breakfast was freshly cooked to order.
All staff were very welcoming and efficient.

Pros:

The room was a decent size, the walk-in shower was good and water hot. Breakfast was what I would expect from such a hotel. Getting back in after "closing" time was very easy. Good car parking

Cons:

We were on the first floor but even so the stairs were a bit bendy and difficult to navigate with a case and my walking stick. Fortunately, we had family with us to help. A grab rail in the shower would have been helpful also, though I hadn't thought to check on this before we booked.. The toilet roll holder was broken and just a jagged spike stuck out of the wall. There were lights over the vanity unit in bathroom but we couldn't find a switch for it anywhere. Presumably there had been a leak because there were big stains on the ceiling.

Pros:

We stayed here for 4 nights. What a lovely little hotel. Really good location with the woodlands and mountains on your doorstep...
The room was spacious and bed comfy.
The food was absolutely spectacular. The breakfast ingredients were amazing quality.
Big big shout out to Manny who was such an amazing host. Super attentive and polite and great service from him.. lovely guy!
We will 100% be back; already looking forward to it!

Overall a good place to stay and good value for money
Pros:

The setting was superb, right alongside the river with beautiful surroundings. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room bedroom was pleasant and comfortable.

Cons:

The walls were very thin and corridor noise was intrusive. The bathroom needs sprucing up (paint and grouting are tired). The vegetarian cooked breakfast stated "vegetarian sausage" of which there were 2, comprising mashed up potato (mostly) and vegetables fried with a crispy coating in the shape of a sausage - they were like has browns but mushy and horrible - much better proper vegetarian sausages are available which would have improved breakfast massively (chef are you reading this), so I would avoid the ones in this hotel; with mushed potato sausages and hash browns and toast the vegetarian cooked breakfast was very beige and carbo loaded- not as expected.
