Great family experience in beautiful hotel at the beach
Pros:

The hotel is high end and very comfortable with a wide variety of facilities. The rooms are spacious (booked with sea view) and the beds comfortable, bathroom facilities great and the breakfast luxurious. Staff (reception, room service, breakfsat room) very friendly and certainly willing to accomodate requests. Proximity of the beach (directly accessible from the hotel) is of course an enormous bonus and the sunrise over the Yellow Sea a great experience.

Cons:

Quite pricy (at least in the summer season with very high occupancy rate). Enormous amount of guests leads to waiting times at breakfast before being seated. Advice on which time slot to choose to go to breakfast would be appreciated.

Pros:

Лучшее расположение с видом на море, можно гулять по набережной, несмотря на то,чо уже не сезон.Чудесно, что можно пользоваться клубным этажом!Персонал очень радушен ко всем гостям из любой страны.Завтраки очень разнообразные на любой вкус.От комфортного проживания в Hyatt вся деловая поездка оставляет прекрасные воспоминания от Циндао!Это лучший уголок Китая!

Very unsatisfactory, very poor management

Cons:

Very poor management. The air con in my room wasn’t working and it took them an hour to change my room. This is the second time I’ve had this problem at this hotel. Then they argued for 20 minutes about giving me a discount.

Чудесный отель на первой линии!Поплавать не удалось,большая волна была,но мы не разочаровались ни на минуту.В отеле такая везде радостная энергия,хотя не видно обслуживающего персонала.Каждый гость купается в комфорте,несмотря на практически полную заполняемость огромного отеля.Прекрасный спа-центр с бассейном,разделенным на женскую половину и мужскую.Прекрасное питание на завтрак и обед.Можно заказать европейские блюда и отведать традиционную китайскую кухню
Отель находится в отличном месте,можно вечером прогуляться по бесконечной набережной.Заслушивались мелодичными песнями в исполнении молодых начинающих певцов.Спасибо за 4 сказочных дня отдыха!С огромной благодарностью Людмила
