The spacious room

L'emplacement est très bien, à 5 minutes à pied du métro et vue sur la grande plage. La salle de restaurant est superbe. Du petit déjeuner au dîner tout est parfait.
Nous avons signalé qu'il faisait extrêmement chaud dans la chambre et que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. La seule chose qui a été faite a été d'installer un ventilateur avec ouverture de la mini fenêtre qui était en plus cassée, ce qui l'empêchait de rester ouverte. Aucun changement de chambre, ni geste commercial nous a été proposé sur notre réservation de 3 nuits. Seulement un soit disant geste sur notre prochaine visite, qui évidemment n'aura jamais lieu...
The hotel is high end and very comfortable with a wide variety of facilities. The rooms are spacious (booked with sea view) and the beds comfortable, bathroom facilities great and the breakfast luxurious. Staff (reception, room service, breakfsat room) very friendly and certainly willing to accomodate requests. Proximity of the beach (directly accessible from the hotel) is of course an enormous bonus and the sunrise over the Yellow Sea a great experience.
Quite pricy (at least in the summer season with very high occupancy rate). Enormous amount of guests leads to waiting times at breakfast before being seated. Advice on which time slot to choose to go to breakfast would be appreciated.
