the visit was ok, was looking for a shuttle pick up which never happened plus there was no spa
I checked inn at 10.30pm last night and the room given ac was not working after sevwral request the room was changed ag 3.30am midnight.
Second room was shabby, smelly, broken beer bottle glass and same thing repeated ac was barely working. Soiled towels stinking with rotten rats
No water for shower. Inspite of complains. No one resolved the problem. Lastly i had to take shower with bisleri water and check out as was gettin late for meeting.
We had a really nice experience at the Tamarind Hotel. The staff were very friendly and the room was, although small, was very comfortable with plenty of space in the adjoining bathroom.
Our only criticism is that the 'family pool' wasn't really suitable for very small children as the shallow end was still too deep for a toddler or small child to stand or play in.

Staff is courteous and helpful. They upgraded me to a better room. Although the place is nice and clean, but since it's an outdoorish property, it need a thorough clean swipe to please neat freaks like me. I do feel the rooms are a little expensive as my breakfast was also not included in my package. But family friendly, solitude friendly, very picturesque and prompt service.
Good place to unwind at. Rooms were a bit smaller than I imagined but other than that, everything was as expected. Food was good at the restaurant and location was convenient.
Worst experience ever!!! Don’t stay here! It’s a rip off! Staff attitude is extremely bad, rude, unhelpful and negligent. Hotel is dated, dirty and very dusty. Very isolated position next to a cemetery, not hot water i the shower. Rooms are different from the pictures, very dated and dirty, bed linen and towels are dirty, old and usured. Ridiculously overpriced. Never ever stay here!
Great location, huge bathroom, amazing coffee restobar. Staff very friebdly and promptroom has everyrhing what ks needed.

The pool area is really cool with a pool bar and sitting area. moreover the pool is covered with trees above so it's always shady and cool. Rooms are very small. The restaurant is over priced.Do check with the hotel staff while checking in for breakfast inclusion/exclusion. Morning staff is extremely rude.
Over all a Good experience. Do try the chocolate mousse.

Lovely little hotel. Staff all lovely with a couple of exceptions. Housekeeping lady and waiting staff were lovely. Food was good at the hotel bar/restaurant. Entertainment most nights. Swimming pool was refreshing. Close enough to beaches and night market in a taxi. Would definitely stay here agin, it was a pleasure.
Hotel staff were extremely poor, their only concern was taking money of guests. Wifi was poor, TV did not work properly, water power was weak, rooms are small.
Vi forventet ikke at hotellet holdt rave-party om natten, og fikk ikke sove hele natten.
De reklamerer med at man kan få ekstra SENG, men seng er her en madrass på gulvet, og det er knapt plass igjen på gulvet når madrassen er der. Et guesthouse til halve prisen hadde vært vel så bra, og blir helt klart vårt valg neste gang. Ellers var det bra frokost og bra meny i restauranten.

Early check-in can cost some extra buck's, so plan accordingly.
Had nice stay.
The hotel looks beautiful and artistic. The food is good and tasty. Housekeeping is very prompt and helped a lot as I needed things to suit my two year old daughter and they smilingly helped me immediately. The pool is lovely. In all a very pleasant experience.
Overall, I was impressed with the Tamarind Hotel in Goa, with its services, cleanliness, and pleasing ambiance. All staff was very accommodating and attentive. The restaurant served an international cuisine that was impressive, especially their delicious cakes. Their pool was great on warm days after a long outing.
Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, linen clean ,good wholesome breakfast . Quiet setting. Cordial staff .
Family feel , not too far from beach .....not walkable !!
