A convenient and comfortable airport stay with excellent service.
Pros:

The hotel was close to the airport and ideal for an overnight stay during our long layover before flying home to London. The staff were attentive, helpful and looked after us well. Breakfast was also good, with plenty of choice and great service by Sita and Kawaljeet.

Cons:

As a family of four, we had to book two separate rooms. At check-in, the hotel offered us a complimentary rollaway bed, so it would have been helpful if this option had been available when booking. Even with an extra charge for the bed, it could have saved us the unnecessary cost of a second room for one night.

Friendly staff.
Pros:

Very nice hotel in a very good location. Very nice food and excellent service with exceptional staff, especially Kawaljeet in Citrus Cafe, very nice person always attentive and helpful. Room service was excellent, very clean and Daisy & Chottu even helped us with our luggage while doing check out. The receptionist Anjali was very fast & cordial with us doing the check-in.

Cons:

There are no faults in this hotel.
