AMAZING HOTEL AND AMAZING STAFF PERIOD
Pros:

5 STARS, ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. HAVING TRAVELED AROUND THE WORLD AND STAYED IN MANY HOTELS, I CAN CONFIDENTLY SAY THAT THE ROYAL COURT HOTEL IN MY HOME TOWN RAMALLAH IS TRULY ONE OF THE BEST. FROM THE MOMENT I ARRIVED, I FELT WELCOMED AND APPRECIATED.
THE FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, THE VINTAGE ATMOSPHERE AND CHARM ARE EXCEPTIONAL, AND THE STAFF ARE OUTSTANDING, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, AND ALWAYS READY TO MAKE YOUR STAY SPECIAL.
EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOTEL REFLECTS QUALITY, WARMTH, AND GENUINE HOSPITALITY, ITS RARE TO FIND A PLACE THAT GETS EVERYTHING RIGHT, BUT THE ROYAL COURT HOTEL TRULY DOES. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING MY STAY PERFECT. I WILL ALWAYS VISIT YOU.

Cons:

THE MAIN IMPROVMENT I WOULD SUGGEST ARE INSTALLING DOUBLE GLAZED WINDOWS TO REDUCE OUTSIDE NOISE SUCH AS HONKING AT 2 AM, AND THE BATHROOM SINK CLOGGED AND NEEDS TO BE FIXED AS I WAS UNABLE TO BRUSH MY TEETH PROPERLY. THESE ARE RELATIVELY SIMPLE IMPROVEMNTS THAT WOULD MAKE AN ALREADY EXCELLENT HOTEL EVEN BETTER.
I INFORMED THE STAFF ABOUT THE SINK ONE HOUR AFTER MY ARRIVAL BUT IT WAS NOT FIXED. ITS OK, I STILL LOVE THE HOTEL AND IT WILL ALWAYS BE MY FIRST CHOICE. MAY THE LORD BLESS YOU
