I would never stay at this hotel again

terrible service. I arrived at 1:30am only to find that the hotel was overbooked and they couldnt check me in. They offered a different hotel 3 miles away, did not offer transportation there (again it was 1:30am). When I looked up the hotel offered to me, a night stay there was $100, whereas I had prepaid $275 for this night. I asked to speak with a manager who was not available. I decided to not check in and instead stayed with a friend overnight. The next day I checked in for my second night and the manager claimed she would refund me for the first night, but they did not do so until several days after my trip when I called back to request the refund. They also didn't refund the tax fee for the first night, and didn't respond to my email when I pointed it out. I had to do a chargeback on my credit card to get that money back. All the staff was also not at all apologetic and stated overbooking was something that happens frequently at this hotel and that its my fault for arriving late and booking through a 3rd party (booking.com).
