Pros:

Valet was missing a lot. I couldn't get assistance with my luggage when I arrived nor during my departure.

Much Better than a place to lay your head.
Pros:

Loved the location in North Hill at the heart of everything. Lively streets and convenient to most things. Comfy beds and upgraded to a King studio suite from Booking.com so we had a full size fridge and microwave, which we used

Great location, friendly staff, and a comfortable stay overall!
Pros:

The staff was very welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. The location was also a big plus, everything we needed was close by. Overall, it was a really enjoyable stay.

Cons:

There wasn’t much to dislike. The couch in our room was broken, which was a bit inconvenient. There was also some noise in the hallway with kids running around, but it wasn’t too late at night and didn’t significantly impact our stay.
