Pros:

Gostei de haver várias piscinas, incluído interior e exterior aquecida.
Gostei dos jardins sempre cuidados.
Gostei da qualidade e variedade do pequeno almoço, das bebidas do Tiki bar e da comida do Cocos.

Cons:

Preferia que as almofadas fossem menos duras. No entanto o quarto é confortável e espaçoso.

Pros:

Disappointed with the whole stay.

Cons:

Everything, the room ac was not working, no full length mirror, sea view was hardly a sea view. The amount of money I paid for this room I should have got a basic one and saved on my money. Staff were rude when we asked them to fix our ac and made us feel like we were asking for a lot. Basic facilities were not given.
Mini bar we was not included at the price we paid. £1700 for 4 days and you couldn’t refill the mini bar and snacks.
Never staying there again

Perfectly relaxing stay in such a wonderful location
Pros:

Smells amazing everywhere. The facilities were great: fully equipped gym, indoor and outdoor pools were perfect, on-site restaurants with delicious food, breakfast was very nice, staff super friendly and helpful, proximity to the beach was a big bonus too.

Pros:

A simpatia dos funcionários, a limpeza e cuidado não só nos quartos mas também dos espaços comuns, a comida servida em qualquer um dos restaurantes é deliciosa.

Cons:

Apenas um apontamento relativamente ao sistema de cartões: por vezes torna-se confuso, alguns sensores emitem luz ou som indicando que o cartão passou com sucesso. Alguns deles como no parque de estacionamento e elevador não o fazem. De qualquer das formas não achamos que tenha sido suficiente para estragar a nossa experiência durante a nossa estadia.

Very nice hotel! Worth the cost
Pros:

Premium, clean, smells amazing, nice rooms, facilities, good food.

Cons:

Very expensive for poolside food. Staff at the spa were rude, even when I paid for spa access one moaned for me having some water and looking at the products to buy as said I need to be quiet as someone will soon arrive for a treatment 😭🤣 also moaned I took the water glass so had to leave it there as it’s for the treatment people

it was pleasant just with a few minor niggles

The breakfast was excellent plenty of choice

Cons:

For a five star hotel, the complementary items were poor. I know you have now addressed coffee in the rooms, but also tea making facilities would have been useful. I had to keep asking for complimentary water. I was given a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival which was a nice touch, but red wine was not really appropriate for the sort of temperature at the resort. I was told you turned down the beds every night but my was not turned down once during my whole stay. Little things like coffee cups not been washed up after the room been serviced and one day there were only two towels in the room. This is probably an item for housekeeping to look at.

Great facilities and look forward to a return visit to see how this hotel becomes a top resort under the new owners
Pros:

The location of this place is beautiful. You have direct access to a lovely beach although it’s hard to drag yourself away from the pool which is huge. The breakfast was very good and there was everything you would want even proper honey cone. We ate out In Albufeira and also attended a wedding nearby.

Cons:

The hotel has recently been taken over by this group and although there were a few teething problems like replenishing coffee and water in the room, a brief chat with the hotel manageress and everything was sorted.

SUPER FANTASTICO
Pros:

Hotel di lusso con staff impeccabile, servizio e ristorante al top, piscina fantastica, e mare a 200 mt. senza caos con ombrelloni e bar e vicino un ristorante sul mare, sempre su passerelle in legno per non sprofondare nella sabbia
Il prossimo anno ci tornerò troppo bello!!!

Non mi hanno venduto gli accappatoi che sono favolosi .....
