I spent three nights at this hotel, and—as usual—this hotel chain did not disappoint. The rooms are spacious, bright, and clean. The breakfast and dinner offer a wide variety of high-quality options, and the service is courteous and professional. I would like to give a special mention to the friendly Anjula, who took excellent care of me during dinner. Many thanks! I would happily stay here again! Everything is exactly as it should be!

This hotel is in a very convenient for the airport, provides a complimentary shuttle and reasonable in cost for the service you get. The pool was closed when we visited but the restaurants are nice and spacious and the rooms are good. However it is the staff and service that put this hotel above other hotels in the area. As a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium we got upgraded to a nice suite, got a fantastic buffet breakfast with lovely South Indian dishes. The entire staff is very hands-on to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Fully recommend this without hesitation if you want to stay near the Kochi airport.

The breakfast spread was also very good, with a nice variety of options to choose from. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. A special shout-out to Aiswarya from the Front Office for her warm hospitality and helpful nature, which made the experience even more memorable.

Outstanding from start to finish, originally booked for one night transiting to Doha, when America struck Iran we found ourselves stuck with no flights home, we stayed almost 2 weeks, the staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble.

I had been in this hotel two times before and I was really impressed by the high quality. THIS TIME THOUGH there was a clear difference in everything but the rooms. Although the employees were always smiling, the lack of training and now how to solve problems in a business class hotel was obvious. I have been in cheaper hotels and that's exactly the reason why I changed to a more expensive hotel for the night after my long flight.
This time there were many things that were completely inappropriate for an business classHotel during my stay The employees are not trained and probably come from low standard hotels without upgrade They were kind and tried but the lack of know how was obvious. For instance, I had to tell the person at the lounge from second floor (which was almost empty) three times to lower the volume before he did. This is an airport hotel, which means people come to sleep and it was already 10 PM. The pool was under construction and no one ever told me beforehand and I paid 120 euros for the night. I was sent to another hotel for the pool and there were no towels and no sunloungers because they were preparing for a dinner. I knew I would have to wait for my room since I came in the morning. Thats why I chose the same hotel.
There were many other situations that were completely low stantdart.
To the NEW MANAGER. Please train your staff to handle international guests to the stantdart of a Marriot Hotel. Also please make sure that the cleaning staff get the well deserved tips before the receptionist go and collect them.
