Categories

Cleanliness
8
Generally described as extremely clean and well-maintained, but occasional issues were reported (two dirty towels, bathroom curtain/door concerns) that lowered this score slightly.
Service
9.4
Repeated praise for friendly, attentive and helpful staff, excellent airport transfer and spa service; a single reported checkout rudeness is noted but outweighed by numerous positive service mentions.
Location
9.6
Consistently highlighted as very near the airport with convenient access and complimentary shuttle — a major positive across reviews, ideal for transits.
Room Quality
8.8
Rooms described as comfortable, modern and well-equipped with comfortable beds; minor negative notes around bathroom fixtures and occasional towel issues temper a perfect score.
Amenities
8.4
Spa and F&B outlets receive strong praise and breakfast availability is commended; however the large pool was closed for renovation during stays, which reduces the amenity score.
Value for Money
8.2
Overall good value reflected in many recommendations and airport convenience; a few comments on breakfast not meeting expectations and a billing/discount confusion reduce this slightly.
Food and Beverage
9
Excellent breakfast spread and buffet repeatedly praised, with several mentions of delicious food and attentive F&B staff contributing to a high rating.
Overall Experience
9
Many reviewers call the stay excellent or highly recommend the hotel for airport stays; minor service or cleanliness quirks noted but do not materially detract from an overall very positive experience.
