Pros:

Breakfast option was different...the reception staff were very professional and all queries were handled well...I requested for 1 hr late check out they obliged without any hesitation ..amenities were good and its location is also good..Will def return here when I come back for another trip .thank you for your services..

Pros:

The staff were friendly and responded to requests promptly. The hotel called a cab for us and I forgot my mobile phone in the cab. 5he driver kept dropped the phone at the reception for me.
The food is equally good.

Pros:

Die Buffets zum Frühstück und Abendessen waren vielseitig, sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich; der freundliche Barista im Café im Einfangsbereich verwöhnt mit ausgezeichnetem Cappuccino; die Fenster sind so gut schallisoliert, dass vom Straßenlärm so gut wie nichts zu hören war.

Too tired to change hotels, so used the room only to sleep
Cons:

Very unprofessional check-in staff, kept chatting between themselves, instead of looking after the customers. When asked about parking, she said that the valet had gone away, this was at 4pm. She asked me to park in basement. When I went down there, were no parking slots available. Street very narrow and congested. Rooms outdated and stains in toilet

The staff is very friendly, especially the cleaner Motin. The room is comfortable, The breakfast is exelent.

Cons:

The pool is very good, without crowds, water is warm. Unfortunately it isn't outdoors.
