The location was perfect for the Haveli walking tour we'd arranged. Our room was quite dark with no natural light but everything was clean and tidy. The hotel had some beautiful traditional style decor although the dining room was very basic.

Les équipements de la chambre sont fonction des et bien entretenus. Toute l’équipe est aux petits soins et la visite de la ville par l’un de ses habitants (qui connaît tout le monde) est un réel plus qui nous a permis de découvrir Mandawa confortablement. Le restaurant jouxtant l’hôtel est très bien. L’ambiance de cet hôtel est unique. Vous êtes en immersion dans une vraie « haveli » très bien entretenue et décorée.
Il y avait quelques taches sur les draps mais rien d’alarmant ! Le tout était très propre.

Very run down , mattresses and beds were very basic . Whole place was dusty and faded. Upkeep was Quite unlike the photos and reviews . Bathroom was basic with curtain

The hotel building is fine.
They do not serve Mutton in spite of thr Menu showing different mutton items.
CHILLY CHICKEN was in a gravy of tomato, and sweet!!!
Chef is probably using only one base curry concentrate for all his dishes.

VERY ORDINARY food but the food has a bloating effect... probably the chef overuses the cooking soda.
Even the bathtub in the room is of HERITAGE or VINTAGE. It's time they change it.
Staff ad location were excellent
Toilets were extremely dirty. There was lot of dust in the room. Pillow covers were dirty. This is no way a 4 star property

Rooms are quite old
THE HOTEL WAS FILTHY DIRTY. WE WERE SHOWN 4 BEDROOMS AND HOTEL WAS EMPTY THERE WAS NO HOT WATER THEY BOILED WATER AND GAVE US IN BUCKETS. THANK GOD WE ONLY STAYED 1 NIGHT AND DIDN'T INCLUDE THE BREAKFAST. THE HOTEL HAS LOVELY DESIGN AND HAS LOTS OF HISTORY SHAME THE OWNER IS NOT BOTHERED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.
This hotel is like a grand old lady. Quite unique but because it's old it's just a little Bryn down. But don't let that stop you as the experience is completely unique.
