Very basic hotel and the worst customer service at front desk. Room is clean and does the job but don’t have any expectations

Clean, air conditioning, close to metro and landmarks, lots of food options in the area.
Excellent location, nice and clean, staff was good. Downside One of the staff didn't help us as we asked them for little late checkout.
The two story bed things was cool because we are traveling with the kids.
Good enough to sleep but nothing else. No amenities. Beds had sheets on top, you had to make the bed. Room smelt bad. AC only runs when you’re in the room and is slow to cool the room. 2 stars. Could probably find better for the price
Air conditioning wasn’t working, we were moved to a different room twice. However the staff was very supportive and helpful.
There were a lot of ants in the room and all that the staff kept telling us was that they would report it up! Room is too small with no outside light. There is just one bathroom for four of us and there wasn’t even a mirror outside the bathroom. The area of the top bed was hardly five feet heigh and so watch your head. The location was just about okay but taxis were hard to find from there however they can/did call a taxi in for us when we were able to plan ahead. I wouldn’t stay there again and nor would I recommend it.
Good property but not a lot of room for 5 people in one room.
I didn’t actually stay at this property because my father died and I had to cancel my trip. They ignored my request for a refund, and Expedia apparently got involved, although that seemed quite half-ass too. I lost all of my money for my stay. And the most annoying part is they kept sending me reminders for checking in. So I’m not sure they even read any of my emails!
The room was spacious and the bed
We had an overnight stay to catch a flight the following day and this hotel has clean and comfortable rooms. Customer service is excellent.

We arrived ( my son and I)after a long trip and even after communicating with them about the time of our arrival 3:20 our room wasn’t ready and we sat in front of our room for 45 min before it was ready. They refused to give us another room. Check out at this hotel is 11 am it makes no sense that by 3 the room is not ready! We only had a couple hours In Barcelona and they made us waste a good 1.5 hrs. Very disappointing and unorganized.
The rooms were a decent size to fit three people. The hotel was modern and suited our needs for the time we stayed.
This hotel was wonderful, the room comfortable, and the staff outstanding.
We had a great stay at Green House Hotel. The front desk staff were very welcoming and kind. The room was spacious and clean. Located in a perfect area a few blocks away from the Sagrada Familia. Overall a wonderful hotel and I would highly recommend!
