We rented a room with sitting area and dining area which was also shown in the pictures on booking. When we arrived at the hotel at 10 pm aprox. after a delayed train and a delayed plane, we saw a nice with no sitting and dinning areas. We wrote to tue administration, they initially admitted that there hd been a mistake but said that they were too busy and would tale care of it later either with a room chamge or a partial refund. The next day in the morning they said the sitting area was the desk and the dining area was a coffee maker on top of the chest of drawers and beneath the hangers and no reparation was made. The building was nice, the room was ok but was not what we paid for.

Pros:

Well located, within walking distance of two different Metro line stations. Restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets are also close by. The room was large, with fancy decoration, the building looked new, the wifi was stable, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. Provides free coffee and tea.

Cons:

It has no staff, so it relies on the phone: if someone loses it, one won't be able to enter the room, only the building. I enjoyed staying there, but I found it somewhat expensive.

Schönes Zimmer, schönes Gebäude, super Lage.

Cons:

Leider zur Straße hin sehr laut und sehr hell, da der Vorhang den Raum kaum verdunkelt hat. Unbedingt Ohrstöpsel und Schlafmaske einpacken!! Klamotten umziehen im Zimmer ging nur, wenn man den Vorhang zugezogen hat, sonst konnte von gegenüber ins Zimmer geschaut werden. Bad war winzig, habe mehrere blaue Flecken vom ständigen anstoßen.
Die Kommunikation fand leider nicht statt: ich habe DREI Nachrichten bzgl. Türcode für das Zweitzimmer geschrieben (damit die zweite Person selbst aufsperren kann) und bekam erst nach Abreise (nach 4 Tagen!) eine Antwort darauf. Die angebliche Nummer bei WhatsApp ist dort nicht registriert. Auf vorherige Anfrage nach Leihfahrrädern wurde geantwortet, dass es keine gibt, jedoch hatten andere Gäste "Bob W-Fahrräder" vor der Tür.
Für den Preis hätte ich leider mehr erwartet.

Almost amazing, but some details let things down.
Pros:

Amazing location, great building, excellent environmentally friendly initiatives, comfortable bed, good a/c and sound-proofing. Easy access by the keyless reception, I found the app worked really well (but did give me anxiety about my phone battery 🤣).

Cons:

The TV didn’t work - the batteries in the remote were flat and none were available in the supplies room as suggested. When I fed this back the advice was to go and buy some - not late in the evening in the pouring rain in a city I hardly know when I’m paying enough for the room already! Also the stairs carpet was showing severe wear and tear in several places and needs to be addressed as a safety issue.

Petit appartement fonctionnel bien placé à recommander. Très bonne réactivité de l’équipe de Bob W.
Pros:

Petit appartement fonctionnel très bien placé à proximité de 3 stations de métro et des bords de la Spree.

Cons:

Nous avons rencontré quelques problèmes au moment de notre installation qui ont été immédiatement réglés par l’équipe de Bob ( problème d’intensité de l’éclairage en particulier).
