Habitación sin armario
Terraza sin privacidad, te ves con el de al lado y puedes pasar de una terraza a la otra
El primer día se rompe la cisterna
El segundo día no había agua en los grifos
El tercer día se estropeó el ascensor y tuvimos que bajar las maletas desde el 4 piso

Ubicacion excelente junto a la plaza mayor, cerca de los sitios de interés. Habitación amplia, funcional y cómoda, (aunque sólo había dos perchas para colgar, deberían poner algunas más) con vistas a la calle principal pero muy tranquila, sin ruidos

Cons:

No hay recepcion. El chekin y el pago era todo a través del móvil y una vez hecho te mandan llaves virtuales para entrar al hotel y a la habitación. Nosotros no tuvimos problema al hacerlo ni en ningún momento, pero habrá personas que prefieran recepción física. Hacia bastante calor por la noche

Absence de personnel à la réception, clés virtuelles (comment fait-on quand la batterie du téléphone est à plat ?), pas de contact humain, comme dans un Formule 1 ???
Petit déjeuner médiocre : choix limité, pas d’œuf, pas de pain de mie à toaster le lundi

Es destacable la ubicación.

Cons:

La falta de recepción física, todo es vía teléfono, internet, e-mail o WhatsApp. No ves a nadie y eso tensiona y lo hace incómodo. Es cierto que atiende todas las dudas y peticiones, pero sin contacto visual.

We were glad we could get our car out of the nearby underground car park at 07.00hrs.

The hotel is right in the middle of town.

Cons:

Entry to the hotel is by QR code which is OK as long as one's phone is working. There are no reception staff. Getting inside wasn't straightforward. The room was spacious but there was only one pillow per person on the bed. More were supplied.
Our room backed on to a restaurant with an enormous kitchen extractor tube which was quite noisy well after midnight.

Não há nenhuma interação humana, tudo é o hóspede que realiza online no local. Então acho que é importante ter essa presença de algum profissional para auxiliar na hospedagem, tirar dúvidas, etc.

Pros:

The virtual keys were really cool. Doors open using the phone. The breakfast was good. There was a problem with the window shutter, and someone came promptly and fixed it.
Location was top notch, right above a main square. Lots of late night revelers, so windows need to be shut!
