Une douche non conforme à ma demande, un lit de mauvaise qualité et nuisances sonores importantes

Nous avons aimé la grandeur de la chambre et l’accès à la petite terrasse

Cons:

Les lits sont une catastrophe! L’un était plus long que l’autre, les deux n’avaient pas la même hauteur, ils se séparaient à peine l’on bougeait et la qualité des matelas était vraiment mauvaise. Nous avons demandé une participation au remboursement de la part de l’hôtel car nous n’arrivions pas à dormir avec les bruits incessants des hôtes qui rentraient à tout heure de la nuit en ne se souciant pas des bruits sonores. Nous avons pris une chambre dans un autre établissement de Palma pour la 3 e nuit afin de nous reposer convenablement.
