L’accueil chaleureux et la propreté et l’emplacement

Etablissement plutôt modeste. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Accueil correct. Superbe emplacement
Pros:

L’emplacement dans le vieux centre historique. Proche néanmoins de restaurants et commerces. Le calme.

Cons:

Climatiseur mobile dans la chambre avec tuyau d’évacuation dans un seau! Très bruyant par ailleurs.

Pros:

La situation

Cons:

La climatisation n était pas en fonction. La douche etait froide. Le parking n est pas garanti. Tous ces détails font baisser la note pour un séjour sous des températures estivales. Cependant, ces critères sont a nuancer si la période choisie est différente. Le personnel est très bien.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié l'excellent accueil, l'emplacement central de l'hôtel, le charme intérieur de la décoration, la possibilité de se garer au parking de l'hôtel dès notre arrivée avant l'heure prévue.

Une découverte un peu hors du temps mais agréable dans le centre de la cité ancienne
Pros:

Hotel situé en plein centre ville, Près des lieux de vie comme les bars et restaurants mais calme sur la place du Palais
Petit déjeuner copieux et variés dans une salle avec expo de photos

Cons:

Nécessite quelques travaux de modernisation ( certaines lumières ne fonctionnent pas dans les
Couloirs, par exemple)

It was a good, relaxed friendly stay, we would stay again.
Pros:

The location was at the back of the hotel and it was quiet but no view, but that was fine.
The room had everything we needed but no frills
The location was brilliant, everything within walking distance that we required.

Cons:

The bathroom and toilet need updating but I suspect this will be in a future schedule of works as the hotel is under current renovations. However, we had all we needed and everything worked and were clean, just a little dated.

Idéalement situé, abordable et accueil exceptionnel
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, tout près du quartier animé d'Angoulême (qui est assez restreint) et pourtant bien calme.
Les chambres sont fonctionnelles, excellente literie, salle de bain originale et pratique, toilettes séparées.
Tout le personnel est accueillant et charmant et on se sent parfaitement bien dans l'établissement dès l'arrivée.
De plus, accès à l'hôtel est facile depuis la gare TGV.

Cons:

Un peu plus d'espaces de rangements dans la chambre, particulièrement pour les vêtements aurait été appréciable, mais nous avons réussi à nous accommoder de l'espace proposé
