Pros:

Ottima la posizione centrale e i servizi offerti ai clienti dell' hotel, tra cui la palestra e spa.

Cons:

Purtroppo alcuni servizi non erano ottimali, tra cui la pulizia dell'acqua della piscina e la televisione non funzionante. Tuttavia il personale è stato cordiale nel spiegare l'impossibilità nel risolvere le richieste.

Pros:

The breakfast is too basic and yet highly priced. I dont understand why breakfast and dinner had the same cost.

Location was perfect for me as it was very convenient for my appointments.

Cons:

I didn't like the bathtub in the room. I can't believe there are hotels that still have them. They really to move into the 21st century.

The rooms though comfortable and airy, do need some renovation especially in the bathrooms. There were some leaks under the toilet. Even the toilets need updating.

Pros:

Great comfortable spacious room. Not the latest modern fittings but everything works. Staff are great and ready to assist whenever required. Breakfast is very good.

Cons:

Service is slow in the restaurant, staff dissappear for extended periods.

The hotel has deteriorated substantially from my previous stays here.
Pros:

The reception staff were quite welcoming and very efficient. The property surroundings are safe.

Cons:

The pipes in the bathrooms are noisy hence whenever someone uses the WC one can hear the noise of gushing water in another room. The breakfast pastries were stale, no condiments at all were available. The live cook cannot fry eggs; they come up as omelette instead of fried eggs

Pros:

Chambre et salle de bain très correcte et propre . Jolie piscine , personnel accueillant , emplacement un peu éloigné du parc , peu de restaurants autour de l’hôtel ..

Cons:

Le buffet du midi , pas terrible . Une des réceptionnistes a été plutôt désagréable lors de notre arrivée ..

Safe, comfortable, friendly staff and great food
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Convenience store just across the road. Good security.

Cons:

My room had no remote for the television (reported on the first morning of my stay). The shower floor is cracked, and it doesn't drain properly, so the floor got flooded every time I showered.

Nice stay in a central location
Pros:

Nice hotel and good food. We booked it also as we were catching the Shuttlebus from Nairobi back to Arusha which picks up in the hotel complex!
