When we first checked in, they gave us a room that we didn't reserve which was too small, so they had to move us to a bigger room which was the one we reserved.
This hotel is very nasty. Bath towel had stool stain on it. Room smelled horrible. Floors were nasty. Left and did not stay due to filth.
Decent room for decent price
They charged me a separate charge after check out , did not inform me, unable to contact management for 5 days, had to dispute through my bank. Also not fully clean there was hairs in the toilet and shower when we arrived
Breakfast selection was good, fruit, waffles, toast, bagels, yogurt and cereal options. In addition to coffee, tea and juice. The staff is always a pleasure to interact with. My remote was acting funny and I called the front desk they were there a few seconds after I hung up the phone to fix the issue!
Clea room, comfortable bed. We would stay here again.
The only problem I had was that it was a different price from when I booked it.
On point for the price
Beds were comfy. The only hotel close to where we were going.
I needed to drop my stuff off in the room an hour early and was charged $25 after paying $100 to be leaving by 8am anyways. The guy made me pay in cash and put the money in his pocket. Even my kids noticed…
Floors are never mopped.
Hair is always in the bathroom either on the toilet, in the shower, or on the sink. I’ve always found a couple hairs each stay.
The overall quality of the hotel has gone down since it originally opened. The hotel is in need of a much needed upgrades. The room was clean, however, we found underwear from prior guest under the table. The staff was very friendly but the hotel gives cheap vibes. We did not try the breakfast as I saw one of the staff members touching the bagels without gloves.
Super dirty. Gnats flying around the room. Bathroom dirty and sink broken. Strong unpleasant smells. I almost think they don't care because its the only hotel in the town
Very clean, nothing falling off the bathroom walls, AC worked well for 95 degree day.
TV didn't work, hotel old and had a bad smell. Sheets stinky, carpet and furniture old, strached.
Good location and nice exterior. It has the potential to be great but needs to be updated.
Mediocre hotel. Priced like a modern and quality facility but felt like a motel as far as service and accommodation and amenities. Bathrooms and flooring should be updated. Carpet on stairs in very poor condition.
Didn't eat
The cleansing of the room . The sheets,walls,curtains or floors wasn't clean . The bathroom ceiling had mildew. The phone in the room didn't work.
