The room had a serious bed bug issue. I suffered multiple bites all over my body, including my face and neck. The bites caused severe itching, pain, and visible marks which affected me physically and emotionally during my trip. This was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable, especially for a hotel stay. Although the management later apologized and arranged a refund, the incident significantly impacted my experience

Pros:

L'hotel è davvero molto bello. Nel pieno centro storico dove è possibile vedere tutto ed uscire a piedi. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e comode. Staff cordiale e gentile.

Cons:

Non c'è possibilità di prendere un caffè o una tisana almenochè non sia per la colazione.
Cuscini troppo bassi
Colazione poco elaborata.
