Happy hour at the bar
Pros:

Was very nice n the was friendly, nice n helpful ,, it was not far from Bangla road also was close to the shopping mall n the street markets ,, bed was comfy and the rooms were nice aswell ,, I can’t wait to stay here again

They decorated our room for our anniversary which was a very nice gesture

L emplacement ...à deux pas des animations de Bangla road et de la plage...mais je conseille pour un cours séjour car pas le plus bel endroit de phuket

La piscine en rooftop etait superbe et très appréciée

La chambre est petite mais propre et soignée

Cons:

Le bruit la nuit!!! Non pas des personnes censés et bien élevés mais des animaux qui se permettent de hurler dans les couloirs et toquer aux portes en pleine nuit...nous avons passé deux très mauvaises nuits....dommage qu il n y ai pas un service qui surveille un peu plus l incivilité de certains touristes

Great Place
Pros:

Every member of staff was amazing, so polite and very helpful!
Room was spacious, clean, had all amenities.
Perfect location from the beach and nightlife.
The resturant was great.
Would highly reccommend!

Cons:

Pillows were hard and very thick- I woke up with a neckache every morning.
TV is a smart tv but apps dont work due to internet issues.

Pros:

The location, pool and staff are great. Parking is also good for car and motorbike in which i had.

Cons:

Beds were rock hard as well as the pillows, i did request softer pillows for both of the rooms i booked and this was done but the beds need to be changed in the future.
