Un gran hotel muy bien ubicado
Pros:

La ubicación. Era muy céntrico y tranquilo. El personal muy amable sobretodo los chicos del desayuno.
El spa muy limpio, acogedor y bien equipado.

Cons:

El único inconveniente es que el wifi tenía poca cobertura y había momentos en los que fallaba.

Good location and nice staff but needs WiFi improvement
Pros:

Great location, clean and very nice breakfast staff- the gentleman was really good with everything- 5 star service!

Cons:

The WiFi is extremely weak and no one that works with websites and intracompany systems could work as well as using streaming services.

The accommodation was very comfortable and centrally located
Pros:

We enjoyed the location as its close to the main attractions

Cons:

The advertising of the spa facility is a bit misleading as there is a minimum charge of 22 euro per hour. There is no mention of this prior to staying. We didnt try it at all as given how much they include it in the advertising of the hotel accommodation we thought it was a facility that should be open to guests free of charge unless getting a massage or facial etc!!

Lovely hotel amd city
Pros:

Very friendly staff in breakfast area, cheerful and nothing too much.

Cons:

Usb plugs would be good but not essential. Some tv channels with news around the role but not essential
