Booked online. honestly booked it just because of the pictures of the pool area and the awesome looking breakfast. Figured it offered our family alot. After checking in we got ready to swimm to only find out it was closed for renovations, boy that was upsetting with three lil kids dressed and ready to swim. Figured heck with it and took them out to do other things in town. went to bed got up in the mornin and got everyone ready for breakfast only to find three kind of cereals on a table. no other food like advertised in pictures. two bowls and one spoon left. again we had to go find another option. then add in the marijuna smell thru out the hotel room areas was less than appealing with my kids being there. when asked the counter bout it we were told there was nothing they could do.

Property is under major construction. Rooms should not be rented at this time. No power on one side of my room. I’m on oxygen so I couldn’t start there with no power access to half the room. Room was dusty and outdated. Steer clear of this place until renovations are done!

Staff was rude, pool was closed, breakfast was minimal choices

The entrance in building 3 smelled like dog pee and the carpet was stained. Room was not cleaned and when we asked for new sheets and more towels we were told to put a piece of paper on the door. Never got the piece of paper until I went to the front desk to get it.

They charged me more than my confirmation, the place did not have a pool or restaurant, it was filthy, one of the rooms smelled like pet urine , the one smelled like pot, some one also was smoking it close by with kids in our rooms, the window lock was a curtain rod in the seal, there was hair globs in the shower along with hair on the sheets, the room was filthy dust all over torn wallpaper, light bulbs not even working

The hotel looked old on the inside. The restaurant and bar area were closed as well as the doors being chained and locked…not a good look. Same to the pool area.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever had. The biggest issue was the cleanliness—or complete lack of it. The entire property was filthy, both inside and out. The exterior looked neglected, and once we walked inside, it didn’t get any better. The floors were covered in dirt and grime, common areas looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days, and the whole hotel felt poorly maintained.

To make matters worse, nearly every amenity was unavailable. The restaurant, lounge, and pool were all closed. Every ice machine and vending machine we tried was out of order, making even the most basic conveniences impossible.

The staff wasn’t outright rude, but they weren’t friendly, welcoming, or attentive either. It felt like no one cared about the condition of the property or the guest experience.

The complimentary breakfast was an absolute joke. Instead of a proper breakfast area, it was set up in what appeared to be an old, unused room with a few tables and boxes of cereal thrown in. It felt like an afterthought rather than something offered to paying guests.

For the price we paid, this stay was completely unacceptable. A dirty, poorly maintained hotel with closed amenities, broken machines, and a laughable breakfast is not worth the money. I would absolutely not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Breakfast, kitchen down, bar down, hot tub and pool down. Toilet did not flush correctly, door was both difficult to open and keep closed.
