La struttura nella sua globalità, in pieno centro, in una zona storica, in un palazzo storico che conserva tracce di storia e tradizioni, dimensioni e comodità della stanza e soprattutto la disponibilità e gentilezza della signora Apollonia, Host della struttura. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Santa Apolonia reza para que a policia italiana não abuse dos turistas!
Pros:

A extraordinária amabilidade da funcionária Apolonia que, em dia de procissão de Conversano, foi um autêntico anjo da guarda para nos resgatar o carro alugado das mãos da polícia italiana (com reboque e multa!)

Cons:

É um hotel de época, antiquado, com boas áreas mas necessitando de investimento para se aproximar do conforto exigível atualmente

Muy interesante experiencia.
Pros:

Un lugar interesante, limpio, con mucha historia, muy bien equipado, con un muy buen desayuno, una habitación enorme, con una persona muy servicial como Apolonia, dentro del casco histórico de Conversano, a 30km de Bari.

Pros:

L'emplacement est excellent très proche du centre historique de Conversano. La chambre est spacieuse et bien décorée et le lit très confortable. Nous avons été bien accueillis.

Pros:

I found the hotel quintessentially Italian and lovely but it wouldn't be to everyone's taste eg if you prefer modern. There is air con. Personally I liked the touches like the room door key which I found to be part of its charm. Apollonia (concierge) was always helpful and friendly.

Great stay in a quaint and historic town
Pros:

The hospitality of Apollonia was fantastic! She made sure my stay was perfect and helped me with info about the town and with taxi transfer to Bari Airport. The rooms were very clean and the location was great!

We had an amazing 7 night with Appolonia. Very private and large rooms
Pros:

Continental breakfast was perfect start. Palazzo was more like a relaxed private home. Got to meet the locals
