Lille hotel god beliggenhed ubemandet reception

Lækkert rum, og god beliggende i Breda. God indretning. Fri kaffemaskine i receptionsområdet.

Cons:

Hotellets reception er en skærm hvor du kan lave opkald til en person som nok befinder sig langt væk. Vi manglede en dyne på værelset og det var svært at få løst. Yderligere repræsenterer en AI hotellet (over fx whatsapp) og lover at løser forskellige problemer for dig, men den var i alle situationer helt ude af stand til at gøre noget, så var det nok bedre den ikke påstod at kunne.

We hebben ondanks de minpunten heel erg genoten
Pros:

De locatie is prachtig, midden in de stad en vlakbij alle cafe’s.
Ook was de dubbele douche, 2-persoons jacuzzi en balkon met uitzicht op de Grote Kerk perfect.
Personeel was ook erg vriendelijk en servicegericht. Sommige mensen zullen het onpersoonlijk vinden dat er niemand bij de incheck-balie zat, ik vond persoonlijk een scherm met iemand die je te woord staat prima.

Cons:

De kamer was niet grondig nagelopen:
In 1 van de nachtkastjes lag rommel en een plakkerige vlek met haar.
De wastafel was niet goed schoon.
In de doos met thee zaten gebruikte verpakkingen.
Op het (overigens extreem ruime) balkon lag een t-shirt, vermoedelijk van een vorige gast.

Leuke stad, geweldige locatie.
Pros:

Bij binnenkomst van de kamer en hotel waren we verrast. Zag er leuk en straalde luxe uit.
Het is in het centrum van de stad wat erg fijn is.

Cons:

Als je iets langer rond kijkt in de kamer zie je toch wat gebreken. Verlichting die niet goed werkt. Stucwerk dat van het plafond los komt. Spiegels die te hoog hangen waardoor je er niets aan hebt, wc pot die scheef is. Elektrische sfeer haard die niet werkt. Haren in het bed die niet van ons waren.
Daarnaast is er geen persoonlijke receptie maar iemand die via een scherm met je spreekt.
Dit maakt het toch wat onpersoonlijker.

De ruimte op de kamer en het comfortabele bed

Cons:

De hygiene op de kamer, er lagen haren op het schonen bed en de douche was ook niet mooi schoon. Het inbegrepen ontbijt, dit bestond uit voor verpakte crackers en peperkoek, suikerbrood en mini muffins. Van beleg was er alleen pindakaas, chocopasta, jam en hagelslag zonder boter.
