Size of the room and well decorated

Cons:

No fridge in the room, no tissues and despite booking for 3 people the 2nd bed wasn’t made
No physical staff on site, at least we did not see any.

Schandalig duur voor meer dan ondermaats hotel. Shame!

Onthaal enkel digitaal, geen lift, terras met kapot meubilair (ligstoelen doorgezakt, tafeltje totaal versleten), niets groen (planten enz.) op ruw beton, matig ontbijt in kleine ruimte, defect koffiemachine.

Pros:

Perfect location - right at the middle of the old market square next to the church with all the bars and restaurants. Virtual assistant for the self check-in. Enormous bathroom. Designer furniture.

Cons:

Very expensive, which may be expected for the Netherlands but at least a fridge in the room could be nice for that price. Designer furniture is good but the mirrors in the bathroom are so modern that it was difficult to shave.

Een mooie centrale fijne plek
Pros:

De locatie was geweldig, echt midden in de stad. De holografische receptionist was erg komisch en werkt goed. De kamer (suite) was mooi en ruim.

Cons:

We misten een minibar op de kamer. Het was erg warm en we wilden iets koud zetten. Een ijsblokjesmachine op de gang had ook in die behoefte kunnen voorzien. En helaas was het bed een beetje doorgezakt.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit super Lage jedoch lässt es an Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig.

Super Lage, ganz schönes Hotel, sehr toll eingerichtet!

Cons:

Leider nicht sehr sauber. In der Badewanne waren viele Haare und Flecken, in der Dusche waren ebenfalls sehr viele Flecken. Die Decke vom
Sofa war voller Make Up Flecken oder ähnlichem.

Leider kein Kühlschrank oder Löffel zum umrühren des Kaffees.

Die Liegen und der Tisch auf dem Balkon sind absolut kaputt. Am Tisch kann man zwar noch sitzen aber die Liegen sind komplett kaputt und daher leider unbenutzbar…


Da wir ein Zimmer mit
Balkon und Badewanne wollten ist es leider traurig dafür Geld bezahlt zu haben, weil wir in keiner dreckigen Badewanne gehen wollen

BREDA DOESN'T DESERVE THIS HOTEL
Pros:

location is perfect for party people especially for weekends.

Cons:

1- no elevator
2- no stuff
3- room is different then pictures,
4- they added door between two space to create room so if you close the door air conditioning is not effecting properly.
5- because they added door, light for bedroom can not control properly. so do not go as 2 couples.
6- there is just one toilet so do not go as 2 couples. we were family so no problem but toilet is not for over 100kg. washing your hand is also impossible without getting wet.
7- extra bed was broken.
8- main bed is not king size. it is two single bed with very amateur usage.
8- shower window doors broken and it was really risky for my kids.
9- tv controlled didn't worked during stay even informed reception.
10- there is no stuff at lobby. AI assistant or Digital live assistant is helping you but they are not hotel stuff. They hired as 3rd party. So if you need any assistance, don't wait anybody to help you.

booking.com gave 20% percent rebate thanks for that but definitely should not be listed in booking.com as 4 star hotel.

this hotel was the worst of worst hotel in my 30 years all over the world while i'm traveling.

We hebben een heerlijk weekend Breda gehad maar dat lag niet aan het hotel.
Pros:

De locatie.

Cons:

De staat van de kamers was niet best. Hebben hoognodig een renovatie nodig. Zeer onpersoonlijke ontvangst en check out. Ontbijt matig met producten over de datum.

Joli hotel bien placé
Pros:

Le confort et décoration de la chambre équipée d'air conditionné (il faisait 37° à l'exterieur). L'emplacement acoté de tous les restaurants.

Cons:

L'accueil "virtuel" qui ne va pas du tout avec l'ambiance cosy de l'hôtel. Heureusement qu'il y avait une dame sympathique qui s'occupait des petits déjeuners et redonnait un peu d'humanité au lieu !
Le petit déjeuner avec peu de choix au vu du prix payé.
