Pros:

Ich habe im Hotel übernachtet und war sehr zufrieden. Mein Zimmer befand sich im 4. Stock mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Flame Towers. Alles war sauber und angenehm. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sofort alle kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten behoben. 10/10.

Pleasant surprise
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel on August 18–19 and honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. Before coming, I saw some negative comments and expected something average, but my experience turned out much better than expected. The staff were kind, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything went smoothly during my stay. I think some of the bad reviews don’t reflect the real picture. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

Konumu metro istasyonuna 3 dakika yürüme mesafesinde olması güzeldi. Çalışanlar Güleryüz lüydü. Özellikle resepsiyonda ki iki genç erkek çalışan arkadaşlar çok yardımcı oldular. Her türlü durumla ilgilendiler. Teşekkür ederim onlara

Cons:

Tek başına seyehat eden bir bayan olarak bir daha tercih etmeyi dusunmem. Öncelikle temizlik kötüydü. Günlük temizlik kontrolü yapılmaması, eksiklerin tamamlanmaması elzem bir durumdu.
Otelin girişinde mimari olarak merdivenin olması valizle çıkılması ve inerken çok zor durumdu.
Rezervasyonu online yapmamıza rağmen otel girişinde nakit olarak hepsini istemeleri kötü bir durumdu. Rezervasyonu kahvaltılı olarak yapmama rağmen bir hafta boyunca kahvaltı saati hep geç saatte(hafta sonu 10’ nu gecmesine rağmen) olduğu için faydalanamadim.

The only thing we liked about this place, if you can even call it a hotel, was the location

Cons:

The check-in experience was terrible. The staff member spoke very little English and gave us a smoking room that was extremely dusty and appeared heavily used. The bedding smelled bad, and the duvet had no cover. The furniture was in poor condition, with visible black marks, and the shower was moldy.

To address the unpleasant smell, they placed an industrial, loud dehumidifier in the room, but it didn’t help. We requested a room change and were told that the manager was unavailable, and the change could only be made the next day. After spending two nights in that room and making two additional complaints, they finally moved us to a "superior" room. While it was slightly bigger, it was still very dirty, and the bedding was not fresh.

They refunded us 50 Manat for a breakfast that didn’t exist and charged us £172.00 for five nights, claiming they hadn’t received any payment (deposit) from Booking.com. The photos on your website are outdated and do not reflect the current state of the hotel.

This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in, and we are frequent travelers. I strongly recommend conducting a thorough review of this property before continuing to advertise it on your platform.
