Beautiful stay in London. Above and beyond hotel staff.
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely wonderful. Everything was so pretty, luxurious and well decorated. The hotel went above and beyond for my stay (I was staying in London for a ceremony). They kindly upgraded our room to a suite with a lovely view on the streets. The hotel staff were so kind and thoughtful, it was a pleasure to speak with everyone. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom touches were very nice and the breakfast is great. They kindly left us a fruit platter and some shortbread. It was truly magical and I highly recommend this stay.

Vi var stort sett ganske fornøyde med vårt opphold. Alle var veldig hyggelige og ga god service. Renhold var bra. Vi satte pris på at min datter ble gjort litt ekstra stas på siden hun hadde bursdag. Beliggenheten i forhold til shopping var også veldig bra! Hotellet ligger i et flott område!

Cons:

Når jeg bestillte hotellrom så var det et annet rom som ble synliggjort, enn den vi fikk. Trodde rommet var litt større. Men vi var fornøyde.

Een fijn hotel
Pros:

Het is ronduit een fijn hotel rond Brompton Road. Klein en op een prettige wijze intiem. Er is een lime-huurfietsen oppikplek voor de deur.
De staf is ronduit uitstekend.

Cons:

De twee kamers die we hadden waren hetzelfde geprijsd, maar verschilden behoorlijk qua kwaliteit.
Ook: In de UK is het tegenwoordig gebruikelijk om (via diverse percentages) fooien al in de prijzen van restaurants en hotels mee te nemen. Deze 'surcharges' zijn echter optioneel. Je bent zeker niet verplicht deze te betalen, al staan ze alvast op de rekening. Dit is voor Nederlanders ronduit wennen.

As always, an incredible stay at the Egerton House
Pros:

We have been coming back to the Egerton house over the years. It’s such an exquisite place. We love everything, the beautiful and magical Victorian house, the rooms are gorgeous, the staff is beyond courteous, thoughtful and competent, and overall the hotel embodied everything we love about Britain. The food is amazing too!
