The Egerton is a first class boutique hotel with expertly trained staff and comfortable amenities. Well situated near the V & A, it is a convenient 19 minute walk to two tube stations and Knightsbridge shops. I will return.
I cannot say enough about this wonderful, little hotel. It has the most amazing staff who take such good care of their guests. And truly, you feel like a cherished guest staying in a friend's beautiful townhouse. It is small and intimate. The room I had was a good size with amenities such as a robe and slippers and lotions, etc. The bed was comfortable. There is a nice tea/coffee setup, but at any time, you can go down to the "living room" and have a beverage, or a snack, or lunch or dinner or a creme tea or a martini lesson.
The location is excellent. It is just off the Brompton Road on a quiet street. It is about two blocks from the Victoria and Albert, the Natural History and Science Museums and about 5 blocks from Harrods and further down is Kensington Park and in between are cafes, restaurants, pubs in a variety of ethnic dining opportunities. The Knightsbridge Tube Station is very close, along with eateries and some shopping.
I would happily return for a longer stay.
We have just returned from our two night stay at the Egerton and what a fabulous experience we had. From the moment we were welcomed (by Angel and Clea) to the morning we left, everything was truly wonderful. Our room had everything we could have wanted (and more), the hotel was sumptuously luxurious and comfortable and the staff were delightful and couldn’t do enough for us. We loved the welcome tea in the drawing room and the little (but important) touches like the bonbon table and shortbread on departure added to a perfect stay. It was like staying in a luxurious version of our own home! Our only sadness was that we couldn’t stay longer, but we are already looking at dates for a return visit in the not too distant future.
We had an absolute lovely stay. We visited for my partners birthday and the hotel made it so special. The decor, food and staff are all fantastic. Great location near the V&A and Harrods, Sloane st etc.
The room was stunning and all amenities perfect, including earl grey tea for me.
Loved the martini trolley, great extra touch.
The best service we have received so far in London. Thanks to Mark for being so friendly to us, we had a really good time at the hotel!
Our stay at Egerton House Hotel was simply perfect — and then some.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and an attention to detail that truly sets this hotel apart. The service was impeccable; the staff were both discreet and genuinely attentive, always ready to assist with a smile.
The room was elegant, comfortable, and spotless, with beautiful touches that created a luxurious yet homely atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable — we slept better than we have in a long time. Thoughtful little details throughout the room made the experience even more special.
Breakfast was outstanding, featuring high-quality ingredients and perfectly prepared dishes. The location is also ideal — peaceful and charming, yet within easy reach of everything London has to offer.
Egerton House Hotel delivers luxury at its most personal and refined. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and are already looking forward to returning.
Highly, highly recommended!
Cleanliness, and the staff are absoloutely unbelievable.
Man erhält viele Annehmlichkeiten.
Eine Duschbrause mit langem Schlauch oder eine Begehbare Dusche wäre deutlich besser und praktischer.
Egerton is a gem. Do yourself a favor and stay at this hotel at least once. It is charming in every sense: décor is quaint and lovely, breakfast is generous, staff is friendly and helpful. The bar is also really good, with a great dry martini. Location is practical, with two underground stations nearby, and perfect to visit Victoria and Albert and Harrods.
Simply outstanding. My wife and I received an exceptional personalised service by the entire team of staff - very impressive.
Great breakfast, excellent staff and all in all a lovely hotel to stay in.
Nothing
The Egerton House Hotel is our home away from home in London. We have stayed at this remarkable property many times over the years. It never disappoints ... in fact I think it just gets better and better! Its location is perfect and the ambience of the hotel wraps its arms around you after a busy day in London. But its people are what makes it really special adding to its overall charm with their sincere attention to meeting your needs. Love it!
Super cozy small hotel near Harrods. New and comfortable rooms, nice bathroom (super the heated floor). Silent. Friendly staff.
I'd rather a buffet for breakfast, but everything was very good. Good ubication but a bit of a walk up to the sub station.
