Love the stay
Pros:

Convenient location and walking distance to Kuliner Ria Surabaya, and Tunjungan Plaza. Hotel is clean and abundance of buffet spread for breakfast. Staff are very polite and helpful!

Cons:

No fridge, no hairdryer and our toilet roll wasn't replenish.

Was allemaal erg vies, zowel de gangen als de kamer. Vieze muren en beddengoed was ook viezig met vlekken. Wij zijn naar een ander hotel verderop gegaan, Bumi hotel. Heel veel beter!!!
Bij booking geld teruggevraagd , maar tot nu toe niks gehoord. Hotel wilde ons wel gewoon terug betalen, maar dat kon dus niet omdat Booking er tussen zit… al 3 dagen niks van gehoord
