1.入住後得到一個充滿煙味的不吸煙房 2.所有的設備都非常破舊 3.最糟的是，我打死三隻蟑螂 4.要求換房後，給了一間完全煥然一新的房間，我非常生氣，他們應該要為所有房客提供這樣的乾淨房間，而不是給一個很差的房間，之後客人要求之後再換正常房間。這間旅館，永遠不會再去。

Love the stay
Pros:

Convenient location and walking distance to Kuliner Ria Surabaya, and Tunjungan Plaza. Hotel is clean and abundance of buffet spread for breakfast. Staff are very polite and helpful!

Cons:

No fridge, no hairdryer and our toilet roll wasn't replenish.
