Staff very helpful. Hotel very clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The hot breakfast had a good selctions of items. The facility was clean and staff friendly. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There was a power exhaust fan in the bathroom that couldnot be turned off. Pay to park but that is everywhere.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Very convenient location for shopping, restaurants and beach access.

Cons:

Only drawback was having to pay $20 per day for parking in the hotel parking lot. Parking shoud be free to hotel guests.

Comfortable cozy and CLEAN Staff especially maintenance was more than exceptional!

Even under construction everything was perfect! The staff was exceptional in making sure we were happy and well taken care of.

Cons:

My only complaint was the television set up. After I was shown it was easy to navigate. A notice in rooms could solve this issue

Pillows were terrible. Looked like someone used them at home then brought them to the hotel.
Our room was not vacuumed
Refrigerator loud
Had to move our room because of the noise the elevator made. Why do you rent those rooms to anyone

Had a SUNRISE wedding to attend on the Beach so location was important but we also needed a Suite that could accomodate my husband and I as well as our 2 sons (ages 22 & 24). They were on pullout couch and rollaway bed and were comfortable except a bit cold (we should have requested a blanket for each but didnt realize it till really late that night)

We plan to make this our regular place to stay when visiting our friends and family in the area.
Pros:

Great location, quick walk to the beach. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I wish I had known we could drive in the beach! So much nicer than walking and carrying everything. We walked back and got the car and parked on the beach.

I'm not so much a fan of every other day room cleaning. Not having to make the bed and have a pile of dirty towels is one reason I opted to not go to an air b&b.i use fresh towels when I shower, being that close to the beach and having a pool does sometimes mean showing twice a day. I head to call for extra towels, which were QuickTime delivered to our door. :)

Nice hotel. Cool look
Pros:

Very nice area. I liked the outside house feel of the hotel to hide the big business from the town. Janine or jeaneene not sure how to spell it, was very helpful after check in and during a busy time. Thanks to her a lot!!!!

Great location - disappointing stay due to refurbishment

Having paid top dollar to stay at this establishment we were most definitely let down.

3 days prior to our booking a comms was sent welcoming us to our booking. In this comms a single bi line was mentioned about construction/refurbishment

At check in we were offered to move to their sister hotel but our booking length couldn’t be honored at other hotel. I didn’t realise why until we moved in.


Room was clean and comfortable but the rest of the hotel was a building site. Jack hammering and grinding during the day so you couldn’t relax in your room. Facilities were also compromised. Pool closed, gym closed.

So paying top dollar for a hotel that was in this state with minimal notice is very unprofessional with no compensation.
