Park Plaza Delhi CBD Shahdara

A real five star hotel in this location of Shahdara. How the area is developed a lot. The room service was great. Reception was well managed too.

A true 5 * hotel. Starting from front desk to restaurant everywhere smiling faces are there. The buffet dinner was awesome. The service standards was at per park plaza.

It was a short stay at park plaza shahdara. I was overwhelmed with their rooms, cleanliness, housekeeping amenities and all other services.

Breakfast🍳☕🍞🍳☕🍞 was yummy.

A re five star hotel (5*) in Shahdara. Stayed earlier in different hotels in and around Delhi but Park Plaza is one of the. 🥞 Breakfast was yummy and full of choices. Rooms are spacious and housekeeping was good.

Hariom has given us the best service for dinner tonight. Very nice and humble.

The food was good and the staff was very polite specially Mr. Hariom . Loved it here and will visit again soon.

The breakfast buffet was really good. We enjoyed the variety of Indian and western food and the service by Malsika and Hariom was excellent.

Park Plaza CBD Shahdara is a beautifully designed hotel. Every nooks and corners has been utilised for guest satisfaction. Restaurant is simple and superb. The food is delicious 🤤. Team is helpful and well trained.

I would highly recommend Hotel Park Plaza to everyone. It has truly started to feel like a home away from home. My family recently spent five nights there, and we loved our stay.
Our room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent. A special mention goes to Ms. Manisha from the Food & Beverage team, who was outstanding. She, along with all the other staff members across the hotel, were consistently courteous and helpful.

We stayed at the Park Plaza hotel for one night and were extremely disappointed. While the hotel initially seemed acceptable on arrival — not luxurious, but fine for a short stay — it quickly became clear that this is not a true 5-star property.

The condition of the hotel is very poor and clearly in need of a full refurbishment. This became obvious as soon as we entered our room. The room maintenance was unacceptable: A strange smell, thick dust throughout, particularly along the headboard and surfaces, and visible stains on the headboard itself. Although the sheets were clean, they had multiple stains, including what appeared to be blood, which is completely unacceptable.

The bathroom also felt dirty. The soap dispensers and shower fittings were rusty, the sink tap was loose and misaligned, and the toilet flush repeatedly got stuck, causing the water to run throughout the night. The television offered very limited English-language channels, mostly news only.

Unfortunately, I became extremely ill with food poisoning while travelling and urgently needed rest before our flight the next day, so we did not complain at the time. However, had we been staying longer than one night, we would not have remained at this hotel.

This was honestly the worst 5-star hotel we have ever stayed in. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and overall condition place this hotel closer to a 3-star standard. It is extremely frustrating to see properties marketed as 5-star when they clearly do not meet those expectations.

A real five star hotel. Nice rooms. Great breakfast spreads. The staffs are very polite and hospitable. Rooms are clean.

We had such a great time at dinner tonight. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the meal. The hospitality stood out just as much as the delicious food. Highly recommended!

Restaurant staff very attentive particularly Harmon. However, rooms are a little in disrepair. The front desk staff is minimally helpful.
