Nothing
Everything
It was ok
Tired rooms , dodgy location , nearby mall mostly shut , rude reception girl
Location was Good but the Breakfast was excellent
The service provided was very good The Staff was cooperative and courteous and Room service was good. The best thing was the management went out of their way to connect my television to show world cup football. Thanks
Maybe the changing Room could be Improved
Nothing was good. I never left any review in my life. This is first review in my life because it’s extremely bad here.
It was extremely dirty. I checked 2 rooms and none was good. Bathroom was with the fungus. Sheets were dirty. Breakfast was in different hours than said by stuff during check in. Ugly, dirty and problems with understanding English. Maybe 1 or 2 star western hostel but totally dirty so not recommended. Never ever again.
Good rooms and cleanliness
Price a little High as per the service
Absolutely one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. This hotel is a complete disaster and should be ashamed of the way it treats its guests.
The level of incompetence and lack of professionalism was shocking from the very beginning. We went to the swimming pool and were told there were no towels available — something completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one pretending to offer quality service.
To make things worse, the hotel repeatedly overcharged us, adding the same items to our bill two and even three times. Every interaction felt like dealing with people trying to take advantage of guests rather than help them.
Our room was left dirty for 5 entire days. Housekeeping only came once, and only after we personally complained to the manager. Basic cleanliness standards clearly do not exist in this hotel. Around 40% of the items listed on the menu were “not available,” making the restaurant service almost useless. The Wi-Fi barely worked during the whole stay.
The staff was incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping guests. At breakfast one morning, despite breakfast being included and fully paid for, a waitress simply told us there were no tables available and offered absolutely no solution. We had to leave and return later, only to find the buffet almost empty and no longer being refilled. Completely unacceptable service.
The most serious issue was that my husband got food poisoning after eating the hotel food. When we called asking for medical assistance, the response was basically that no doctor was available — and nobody cared enough to help us or even check on the situation. The total lack of concern for a guest’s health is disgraceful.
As if that was not enough, the night before checkout we asked for a late checkout and were clearly told it would cost 2000 rupees plus taxes. The following morning, when we asked again to confirm it, suddenly the price had magically become 3000 rupees plus taxes.
