Pros:

Es hätte so schön werden können, der Empfang beim Check in war kompetent und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wir sind Beide morgens mit Bissen im Gesicht und am Hals aufgewacht.(Einzelbetten).
Wir haben ein Video und Foto(s) an die Rezeption gemailt, nachdem wir sie morgens umgehend darüber informiert haben. Die nachfolgende Kommunikation gestaltete sich als sehr holprig, letztendlich hat mir das Hotel mitgeteilt, dass eine Prüfung keine Bettwanzen ergeben hat, sie mir aus Kulanzgründen meine Kosten erstatten.
Die Erstattung habe ich bisher nicht erhalten, jedoch die Androhung rechtlicher Schritte, sollte ich die Bewertung nicht anpassen.

Rund um zufrieden ☺️
Pros:

Super freundliches Personal am Empfang. Ich kam vorm möglichen Check In an und konnte problemlos mein Gepäck dort abgegeben. Als Besucher der Messe bekam ich von der Empfangsdame auch gleich eine Empfehlung, wie ich am besten zum Messegelände komme, sehe zuvorkommend!

Mit dem Zimmer war auch alles gut, alles sauber und ordentlich und einwandfrei. Fenster zum Innenhof raus und somit auch Recht ruhig, trotz Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof.

Lage war auch super, wie gesagt nur wenige Gehminuten zum Hbf entfernt .

Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen ☺️

Cons:

Für meinen Geschmack war das Bett viel zu weich, aber da scheiden sich ja die Geister und jedem kann man's eh nicht Recht machen.

Auch fand ich den Preis etwas happig für zwei Nächte aber was soll man sagen, Messewochenende und die Lage lässt sich halt gut bezahlen.

Das ich statt im Angebot ausgewiesen 18€ ,22€ bezahlen musste,Die s schallübertragende Matratze,die teils unfreundliche Küchenservicekräfte.Schwache Frühstücksauswahl(zB: alte Brötchen mit frischen gemischt, o.zwar Rührei aber kein Bacon,Kaffee aber Kaffesahne nach Anfrage Anfangs nicht vorhanden nur Milch )Das können kleinere Hotels trotz geringerem Preis fürs Frühstück weitaus besser

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum von Leipzig, neben dem Hauptbahnhof. Man kann die Innenstadt gut zu Fuß erkunden.
Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wir hatten 2 schöne Zimmer, alles sauber, bequeme Betten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Die Bar am Abend ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.
