Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage zum Hauptbahnhof, zur Innenstadt und zum Zoo.
Das Hotel ist ruhig, trotz der Lage.

Cons:

Hotel in zentraler Lage, gepflegte Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Cons:

keine Beanstandungen

I booked the apartment well in advance. Upon arrival, there was no one to be reached. Other guests experienced the same

I would put an overall rating of 9.5, because everything was great except of situation with heater described above
Pros:

Location is perfect, personal was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and bed was comfortable

Cons:

For me only 1 pillow (a small one) was not enough. Also the presence of kettle on pictures and absence of it in the room was a bit misleading. But for me the real drawback was absence of heater (air conditioner is built in instead), it was pretty cold in the night
