It was ok.
Pros:

The location adjacent to Outram Park MRT was very convenient and can be accessed without getting wet in the seasonal rain. The staff were as helpful as they could be. The room was acceptable although small but everything worked and it was clean. The bed was clean and there was a fridge which was welcome.

Cons:

Breakfast was expensive for what it was. A limited buffet costing as much as higher grade hotels in Singapore. Pat’s bar had no draught beer on the occasion that we visited it. There was no room service. The pool loungers were worn out with many sagging and damaged. We asked whether a courtesy room was available after checkout so that we could have a shower before our flight. We were informed that this was available. On our return later we were given access to shower by the pool but this had no hot water and the door was difficult to close.

The location was amazing!

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit run down and the room was a tad small, however, we were only there a short trip and didn’t need much else. Other than that small imperfection it was amazing

Pros:

Location, also next to MRTS. Good price by Singapore standards

A bit of wear and tear but would be more expensive if pristine.

Fab place after long hot days of sightseeing. Would def stay here again
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and pool. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice. Just a couple of minutes to the MRT. Staff were friendly/helpful

Muito fraco e enganam com a história de que foi renovado a pouco tempo.

Cons:

Os quartos desatualizados. Quarto de banho minúsculo sem arrumos. As toalhas de banho péssima qualidade. A Área de piscina miserável. As espreguiçadeiras deterioradas com buracos. Sem guarda sol. A recepção muito inativa e sem cortesia excepção do porta malas. Pequeno almoço miserável. Relação preço qualidade inexistente. Contactei o hotel porque esqueci os meus óculos no quarto e até hoje sem resposta. Enfim uma experiência terrível.

Good price, good location
Pros:

Convenient location and great breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Found the room didn’t get cleaned regularly during our 10 night stay, had to repeatedly ask for fresh towels each day. My mother stayed on a different level and didn’t have the same issue so may have been the people cleaning our level.
