Overall the property is good value due to location and rooms were very clean and comfy beds

Hotel room clean was clean and comfortable

Cons:

Il bagno è fatto malissimo: la stessa porta chiude la doccia e il water. Molto scomodo. Il fatto di non avere finestre che si possano aprire in camera. La camera puzzava sempre di umidità.

Pros:

Our stay at the Dorset Hotel Singapore was really pleasant. The location is one of the best parts — it’s right above Outram Park MRT station and steps from Chinatown, so everything was easy to reach. We could walk or take a short ride to Orchard Road, Marina Bay, Sentosa, great hawker centres, shops, and cultural sites.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive in a way that felt genuinely welcoming. Having such a convenient location and warm service made our stay feel stress-free and enjoyable.

good location and accommodation, but not the hotel for relaxing and enjoying time around the pool
Pros:

The location near China Town and the Outram Park MRT station is great for exploring this area.

Cons:

The hotel shares facilities with Dorsett residences and the pool has no facilities provided with it (i.e. no pool drinks or food as a result). The pool is under the residences and you feel overlooked by them.

Great base from which to explore Singapore
Pros:

Close proximity to MRT (especially purple line (NEL). The breakfast buffet was amazing. The room (426) was lovely-great views and very comfortable bed. The staff were all amazingly friendly and professional (loved the young breakfast host maître D)

Cons:

For “newly refurbished” the rooms seemed old and the breakfast whilst varied was pretty flavourless/bland/expensive. Gym was small hot and without towels or water.
