L’emplacement, la chambre et les activités disponibles à l’hôtel (piscine, yoga, jeux extérieurs, vélos).

Cons:

L'hotel non è un 4 stelle, ma a malapena un 3 stelle. La struttura è vecchia. Non c'è ascensore e i bagagli bisogna portarseli in camera su vecchie scale di legno esterne. Si dice che la colazione è inclusa, ma in realtà non si può definire colazione: non c'è caffè, né the, né alcuna bevanda calda. Solo prodotti confezionati. La pulizia della camera è su richiesta e la richiesta deve essere fatta 24 ore prima. Pur avendola richiesta, per due giorni di seguito non è stata fatta.

El hotel esta muy bien , se nota mantenimiento. Buenas instalaciones, y zona jardin y piscina bien cuidado .Habitación amplia, luminosa y limpia, cama cómoda , personal de recepción muy amable

Cons:

Al entrar a la habitación olía a humedad, falta armario para guardar ropa ( solo hay un pequeño espacio para dejar ropa) y tambien falta un lugar donde colgar / dejar ropa para secar
El desayuno bien pero es poco variado , el café lo tienes que traer de tu habitación

Overall, a disappointing stay despite the beautiful ocean view and friendly staff.

Beautiful ocean view, friendly staff, free parking, good location, and the adorable little dog that came by the parking lot every evening.

Cons:

Dirty room, black hairs in the bathroom, toiletries not refilled, balcony covered in bird droppings, and a damp, sweaty smell. On our last day, we found a huge cockroach in the middle of the room. Very basic grab-and-go breakfast. Definitely not a 4-star hotel — more like a motel

Hotel with great view to relax
Pros:

The view from the window was amazing! Hotel is next to the ocean and you can hear waves all the time. They also have yoga every morning which was great. Swimming pool was very good- big enough for adults to swim, shallow in many places so kids could swim. Close to hotel there is set of shops and restaurants which was convenient. Overall great place to enjoy Kauai.

Cons:

Breakfast was very poor, and around 9am most of the food was gone.
There is no real beach next to the hotel so to be able to go to beach you need to go or drive further

בבוקינג הנכס מפורסם כמלון4 כוכבים. בפועל מרגיש יותר כמו מוטל.
קיבלנו חדר בקומה שלישית. אין מעלית ובשום מקום באתר של בוקינג לא היה רשום שאין מעלית. ניקיון חדרים מבוצע רק על פי דרישת הלקוח והממתנה של 24 שעות(לא נאמר דבר על ההמתנה בצ'ק אין).
זרם מים מאוד חלש במקלחת.

A wonderful, cozy stay in a perfect location for exploring Kauai!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location was perfect — close to the airport, right by the ocean, and very convenient for exploring both sides of Kauai. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. We were completely happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Cons:

Honestly, we didn’t have any issues during our stay. Everything was great!
