落ち着いて夜を過ごせる良いホテル
Pros:

ロケーションが良かった．十分清潔だったし，一仕事した後に落ち着いて過ごせる雰囲気だった．騒音もなく，よく眠れた．シャワーの設備もよかった．関係者の方の対応も感じが良かった．安価だし，総合的にみて良かった．

Cons:

欲を言えば，浴槽や部屋のデスク周りがもう少し広いと尚良かった．さらに細かいことを言えば，部屋の椅子の座面が板でなければ尚良かった．そのくらいしか思いつかない．

Very cute apartment hotel in great Shinjuku location, friendly staff, quiet rooms
Pros:

Great value for money, friendly staff, comfy and quiet room. Walkable to Shinjuku Bus station and nightlife. Def would stay there again.

직원이 친절함. 짐을 무료 보관 해줬음. 위치가 매우 좋음. 1층이라 엘리베이터 없이 이용했음. 우산을 공짜로 빌려줌. 신주쿠임을 고려하면 가격이 합리적임. 수건을 매일 2장씩 제공했음. 온수가 강하고 빠르게 잘 나옴. 에어컨이 잘됨. 냉장고가 잘됨. 편의점이 가까움

방이 좁아 1인 여행객에만 적당. 먼지가 많아 더러움. 화장실에 곰팡이가 많아 방에서 냄새가 많이 남.

駅から近く、安く、個室で眠れる便利な宿でした。チェックインの対応をしてくれた方が親切で、事前のチャットでのやりとりもスムーズで助かりました。部屋の音漏れや、建物自体の古さを気にしない方であれば十分満足できると思います。

Cons:

洗濯機・乾燥機は、古くて少し臭かったです。洗濯物に匂いが移るほどではないので、素早く回収すれば問題ないと思います。
