Pros:

The bed is super comfortable!! Was had a good night sleep.
Thanks to the male staff who helped us carried up our big luggage to 4th floor in advance. We were left our luggage at front desk in the morning and checked in around 4pm, was told that our luggage already in our room.
The location is walking distance from the Shinjuku station, Kabukicho, Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden.
The rate is much more cheaper than the hotels around Shinjuku, with the good location and comfortable bed, I think is worth.

Cons:

No lift for whole 4 levels building.

신주쿠와 거리가 가깝다는 점이 유일한 장점입니다.

Cons:

일단, 방이 사진에 보이는 것보다 훨씬 좁습니다. 가격에 비해 방의 크기도, 청결도도, 쾌적함도 아주 안좋아요. 여태 해외에서 묵은 곳 중에 가장 안좋은 축에 속합니다. 가급적 미리 찾아보세요... 방에서 캐리어 펼치면 문이 안열릴 정도에요. 샤워실이랑 화장실도 매우 작구요.

Pros:

住宿地點離新宿東南出口算近的（走路約5～8分），出站後下左側手扶梯（有帶行李的方便許多），再沿著右側直行會看到左邊有星巴克，右邊那棟是高島屋商場，飯店在巷子裡，巷口有便利商店。房間整理來說是偏小，但非常安靜，飯店人員態度親切，飯店裝潢風格很酷。

沒有電梯，上樓需扛行李，床會搖晃，翻身會有聲響

Pros:

L hotel è fatto appositamente in uno stile particolare molto datato , la stanza è abbastanza piccola , ma per il prezzo va più che bene , considerando che ci si sta solo per dormire . Poco spazio per valige . Se nel pieno centro di Tokyo ma è posizioni in una zona tranquilla , a solo 15 minuti a piedi dalla zona della movida e del caos . Posizione super strategica sé non si vuole stare in mezzo al casino
