Удобное расположение на узловой станции Синдзюку откуда до Фудзи и озера Кавагутико на автобусе можно добраться очень быстро. Местные жители показали мне дорогу, когда я заблудился. Баня с искусственным онсеном и кафе выше всяких похвал.

Great location, quiet spot.
Pros:

The location was perfect, located close to the station, easy access to everything, yet tucked away so that it was super quiet. The place itself is older, but the artsy/vintage vibe was unique. Rooms were basic - I think it was the only time we didn’t have a bidet in Japan, and there’s no TV if anyone is looking for that, but there are small kitchenettes in the rooms. For the value and location, it’s unbeatable. Would definitely stay again!

他の部屋も気になるな〜
Pros:

新宿駅から近くて安かったので助かりました〜
古いマンションをリノベーションして、コンセプトホテル感があって、おもしろいなと思いました〜
タオルがフカフカで、バスローブがあった！ベッドも良かったです^_^
コンセントが多いのが良かったです。
部屋はキレイでした。写真は明るいですが汗
カメラの性能ですね、、。夜は明るく感じれてよかったです。

Cons:

アンティークコンセプトで、部屋の電気が間接照明で暗いので昼間はカーテン開けた方が明るいです。磨りガラスなので外から見られないのは安心です。部屋が暗いのが苦手な人はちょっと困るかも？ユニットバスが狭い、、、シャワーのお湯も水圧は良かったです。普通の電気なので明るいから安心。

寝るだけなら、快適
Pros:

JR新宿駅徒歩8分で、便利。
スリッパ、冷蔵庫、バスタブ、ガウンまであった。

Cons:

湯沸かしポットがあったが、コーヒー紅茶が置いてなくて、飲めなかった。
TVが無かった。
施設は古かったが、特に問題は無かった。

比較適合獨旅、重視交通便利性的人入住；如果是兩個人同行，整體空間會偏擁擠，不太推薦。

除非你喜歡復古老傢俱風格，否則飯店設施整體偏舊，房間燈光較昏暗、空間也不大，連一個29吋行李箱都無法完全攤開。
