Could use a little renovation
Pros:

The facilities were great! Love the gym and the pool but unfortunately I didnt get to swim, I only visited it. Overal clean room and the staff were super helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The renovation is a bit old, and you can see chipped tiles, tap with hardened minerals on it, the drawer didnt close properly because of wear and tear.

I have stayed here before, but the standard seems to have dropped substantially.
Pros:

The breakfast was of a good quality, except that the egg station mass produced fried eggs so that anyone eating one, had to eat it cold. Staff were, however, receptive and friendly and a special mention for the front office staff and the restaurant staff.

Cons:

The restaurant was non functional for dinner except on Friday and Saturday, leaving guests with the option of choosing from a very limited room service menu or finding a restaurant outside of the hotel. For international travellers, this is not easy to do owing to the language barrier.

The room air-conditioning was extremely poor and I was unable to sleep comfortably. Eventually, I had to ask for a pedestal fan so that I could actually get some sleep.

Disappointed 3 days stay in doubletree By Hilton
Pros:

The ventilation system is not working well at all . Stay for 3 nights and woke up 3 nights because of sweat . Aircon was not working . Given the benefit of doubt that it was winter thus the aircon system cannot be turned on however we still feel the heat with the window opened as suggested by the front desk . If guest cannot feel the comfort of staying in the hotel for whatever reasonable reason , the hotel fail its primary purposes .

*. Setting of ventilation panel on wall was confirmed to be correct .
