Hygienic pillows
Pros:

House keeping was very poorly managed. And the pillows were given in beginning were musty smelly.

Cons:

After seeing duty manager my complain was resolvef that my room was upgraded because they could not find clean pillows.

Good Hotel. Value for money.

Not a happy experience
Pros:

Good selection of meals and restaurant staff were really helpful and approachable.

Cons:

Rooms were not ready when we arrived after 5pm. We were offered rooms on the first floor which were in the main reception and residents' seating area - was very noisy. Our rooms were not cleaned until after 5pm on the first full day. Generally, staff in reception had shockingly poor customer care. Things got better after direct complaints to the Manager, Mr Nikhil. I would not recommend this hotel because of overall poor experience but have praise for the restaurant team and the manager.

Pros:

The stay was very pleasant overall. The staff were courteous and helpful, the food was delicious and well prepared, and the room was comfortable and nicely maintained. A good experience all around.
