Not a happy experience
Pros:

Good selection of meals and restaurant staff were really helpful and approachable.

Cons:

Rooms were not ready when we arrived after 5pm. We were offered rooms on the first floor which were in the main reception and residents' seating area - was very noisy. Our rooms were not cleaned until after 5pm on the first full day. Generally, staff in reception had shockingly poor customer care. Things got better after direct complaints to the Manager, Mr Nikhil. I would not recommend this hotel because of overall poor experience but have praise for the restaurant team and the manager.

Pros:

The stay was very pleasant overall. The staff were courteous and helpful, the food was delicious and well prepared, and the room was comfortable and nicely maintained. A good experience all around.

Pros:

The location is good and easy to get cabs nearby. They provided good breakfast with regional and continental options.

Cons:

Property is very old and not renovated for years. Essential bathroom fixtures are aged and in very bad shape. Issue with hot water too.
