주변 풍경과 조경등이 잘되어있고, 해변이 참 좋았슴.

Cons:

가격대비하여 시설은 완전 형편없구요...
전기콘센트도 불량으로 맞지도 않았다.
주방식기도 5인 기준으로는 너무 부족...
암튼 불편하고 깨끗하지가 않았다.

오후 6시에 체크인했는데 건물위치상 주차거리가 멀고 프론트찾기도 힘들었고(5시반에 한곳은 체크아웃 업무가 끝나고) 숙박동 찾기가 너무 어려웠어요,비도 왔고~
저녁 늦은 시간에는 난방도 잘안되어 온돌방에서 취침하시는 지인이 고생하셨다고..지인을 초대한 양양주민으로서 매우 민망하고 불쾌해 다시는 이용하지 않으려합니다ㅠㅠ 세계여러곳에 자유여행을 다녔지만 규모만 크고 운영이 부실하다는 평가입니다.

아들과 조식도 같이 즐기고, 주변 산책도 하고 좋았습니다.

Cons:

가족룸 예약하고 방 배치를 뒤쪽 3층에 구석으로 배정하여 전망이 형편없었고, 콘크리트 지붕만 보고 와서 가족들에게 욕을 많이 먹음 처음 방문이라 어느정도 오션뷰는 보이리라 생각했지만 프론트 직원이 배정해준 방은 실망이네요! 거제도 한화는 가족과 같이 가니 룸이 여유가 있었는지 업그레이드에 오션뷰를 배정해 주셔서 좋았는데 아쉽습니다.

뷰만큼은? 뷰만큼은!
Pros:

뷰 원툴입니다. 뷰가 모든걸 해소해줘요. 아침햇살 예술이고 바다 파도치는게 예술입니다. 오래되긴했지만 광장에서 사진찍기 좋고 건물들이 스페인느낌나고 좋았어요. 송이빵 백앙금 맛있음.

Cons:

서비스는 4성급이라보다는 3성급 느낌. 체크인할때는 뭐 그러려니했는데 체크아웃할때는 보통은 안부를 묻거나, 괜찮은지?, 다음에도 방문해달라는 식의 의향을 묻던데 ㅋㅋ 체크아웃하세요? 끝났습니다. 아쉽더라구요. 나갈때 작업하는 직원분이 가벼운 인사해주셨는데 그게 제일 서비스 좋아보였어요. 쉐프스키친 디너도 일시적이지만 안하고 아쉬웠습니다.

사전에 체크인 장소를 알려주세요.
Cons:

저녁 식사 후 체크인을 했습니다. 리조트 동인데 호텔 동에서 체크인 하는 것을 몰라 세 군데(리조트 각 동의 로비)나 들렸다가 호텔동에 가야한다는 것을 알았습니다. 미리 안내가 있었으면 좋았을텐데……. 1월 밤바다의 칼바람을 맞으며 체크인 장소를 찾아 해멘 것은 좋지 못 한 기억입니다.

The room was clean and the view from the room was outstanding. All the staff were very helpful and nice.

Cons:

The room needs updating as the bathroom door was starting to breakdown, the tile was missing grout and sink and the countertop were not seated against each other.

Cons:

패밀리 리조트를 이용했는데 온돌방 벽지가 오래되어 아래쪽은 떨어지고 중간중간 울룩불룩 한 상태로 룸 관리가 안된 것으로 보였고 침구류(요)는 너무 얇아서 불편했음. 2박을 했으나 청소 서비스는 없었고 룸내에 개별 청소가 가능한 용품도 비치되지 않았음
베란다 방충망은 오래되어 뜯겨져 있었고 방충문과 샷시문 모두 뻑뻑해서 여닫기가 매우 불편하였음
욕실도 패밀리룸에 맞지않게 너무 작고, 화장실쪽 바닥 배수가 잘 되지 않았으며, 욕실화 바닥에 난 구멍으로 물이 스며들어와 불쾌했음. 룸에 생수도 비치해주지 않고 수건도 작은 사이즈만 제공되어 열악한 환경으로 다시 가고 싶은 생각이 들지않음
또한, 주차장이 룸과 바로 연결되지 않아 우천시 이동이 불편했고 주차 공간이 부족한 것도 많이 아쉬웠음
