Cons:

저녁 식사 후 체크인을 했습니다. 리조트 동인데 호텔 동에서 체크인 하는 것을 몰라 세 군데(리조트 각 동의 로비)나 들렸다가 호텔동에 가야한다는 것을 알았습니다. 미리 안내가 있었으면 좋았을텐데……. 1월 밤바다의 칼바람을 맞으며 체크인 장소를 찾아 해멘 것은 좋지 못 한 기억입니다.

Overall the stay was excellant.
Pros:

The room was clean and the view from the room was outstanding. All the staff were very helpful and nice.

Cons:

The room needs updating as the bathroom door was starting to breakdown, the tile was missing grout and sink and the countertop were not seated against each other.

패밀리 리조트를 이용했는데 온돌방 벽지가 오래되어 아래쪽은 떨어지고 중간중간 울룩불룩 한 상태로 룸 관리가 안된 것으로 보였고 침구류(요)는 너무 얇아서 불편했음. 2박을 했으나 청소 서비스는 없었고 룸내에 개별 청소가 가능한 용품도 비치되지 않았음
베란다 방충망은 오래되어 뜯겨져 있었고 방충문과 샷시문 모두 뻑뻑해서 여닫기가 매우 불편하였음
욕실도 패밀리룸에 맞지않게 너무 작고, 화장실쪽 바닥 배수가 잘 되지 않았으며, 욕실화 바닥에 난 구멍으로 물이 스며들어와 불쾌했음. 룸에 생수도 비치해주지 않고 수건도 작은 사이즈만 제공되어 열악한 환경으로 다시 가고 싶은 생각이 들지않음
또한, 주차장이 룸과 바로 연결되지 않아 우천시 이동이 불편했고 주차 공간이 부족한 것도 많이 아쉬웠음
