Perfect stay for an excellent price
Pros:

Couldn’t have asked for a better location, 2 minutes to the beach, and accessible to all the most popular spots. The apartment was spacious for 4 people, had everything we needed, and was comfortable. Air con was very useful and excellent value for money.

Don’t promise what you can not deliver

Cons:

Charged for extra sofa bed , supplied with no sheets , sofa bed had stains all over it ,
Office closed so couldn’t do anything about sheets etc after we arrived , been promised a refund and still haven’t got it ,
Would definitely not stay again

Perfect location for exploring Port Stephens
Pros:

Location is fabulous. Just a 15 to 20 minute walk into town (cruises, shops, ferries etc). Very easy to get to other locations by car too.

Cons:

The remote control batteries may be dying as we had issues turning the TV on. The TV is also not connected to the wifi network to then login to our own streaming service (it is a smart TV) and we failed to connect it to the wifi ourselves.

Location Rey good

Cons:

Only because our main bed had to be fixed we repaired the slates under the bed there was that many fallen down the first night, it took us a hour as I couldn’t keep holding up the mattress as it was a bit heavy for us.
Batteries in the remote in bedroom tv didn’t work So we couldn’t us that one Plus the shower dripped all night both nights we Turned of the taps as tight as we could ,but still dripped.
The lady on reception desk on sat was so nice put batteries in the remote plus got onto it to have be fixed. But other than that unit was lovely Just a bit of maintenance required As we payed good money for the 2 nights I would recommend the motel It just happened when we stayed
