Pros:

Wasn't very happy with room very dirty and when staff where informed very conformational

Cons:

Will not be staying again room was very dirty staff rude im still chasing $100 bond have now escalated though booking. Com has definitely changed since new foreign owners have taken over do not recommend staying here

Apartments have all facilities, pool is clean & warm spa. Restaurant on-site.

Cons:

No reception all the time, there are specific hours only.
Apartments are not serviced: you need to clean before you leave.

Pros:

Location was great, pool and pool area was absolutely fantastic, beds were really comfy, air con and fans in every room were a big plus.

Cons:

Parking was a bit far from the room with all the luggage.

Pros:

Its a very nice and beautiful place to stay at, it's very accessible to many locations like the shopping centre, beaches, entertainment activities, restaurants and many more. The facilities were good and easy access. Very comfortable

Cons:

The place needed more cleaning around the apartment.

Location is great, pool is nicely heated for kids

Cons:

The room images we saw and booked is not the same as the one you will be getting. Very outdated furnitures. Thus booked the superior room with extra cost but still felt like we got the standard room. Wouldn’t come back for this reason.

Great location and pool, friendly staff but don’t expect more than basic 3 star accommodation.
Pros:

The pool is fantastic!! Warm and great level for the kids. Location is great. Apartment was a good size.

Cons:

Run down, cracked tiles, smelly plumbing, broken chairs, extra blankets clearly used by previous guests, filthy venetians, all mismatched plates, cups and cutlery. Just not the standard you’d expect for the price.
