Really need to do better

Good EV charger.

Cons:

The cleaning in our apartment was dreadful. Towels from the previous guests. Hair and food on the living room floor. Mould on the air conditioner. Food on the lounge.

They charge $70 if you leave garbage or washing up but they did not leave enough washing detergent.

The previous guests sanitary items were still in the toilet bin.

Very few toiletries and only one dishwasher tablet.

I would not return.

Pros:

Positive is the communication and location. We appreciated the comprehensive communication around late check in and general expectations. Location was quiet and near everything.

Cons:

Negative is the maintenance and cleanliness of the unit. Ensuite shower had a lot of mould. Main bathroom towel rack and shelf broken, and a used towel was in the back of the door. Broken blinds in the seating area also meant we did not have privacy from the car park. General cleanliness was lacking with marks and splatters on walls and blinds.

Great apartment. Very comfortable and easy access from the car.

The window to the toilet can’t be sealed so cold air comes in.

Seabreese Apartments are a wonderful place to stay
Pros:

The location was central to everything and the restaurant on site was superb. The apartment was spacious and clean.

Cons:

The only thing that was not to our liking were the stairs to go to the bedrooms.

Location is close to the town. Apartment size was good. Adequate aminities.

Cons:

Curtains were not shilding and light kept comming throught the night.
Smell when we used exhaust fan in bathroom for 2 days.
Apartment has one key which is not convenient for 4 people sharing it. No info book on how to start gas and TV.
