Nice but could be better if the apartment was cleaned a bit better.
Pros:

Good location, easy walk to the marina and foreshore. Well equipped kitchen. Nice spa bath.

Cons:

Superficially clean…kitchen and bathroom clean but really needed a good spring clean, bathroom vent, blinds, carpets, rugs, top of fans, top of wardrobes full of dust! Really impacted my sinuses, with so much dust.

Perfect place to stay if you are travelling with someone with mobility issues
Pros:

I was travelling with my 90 year old mother so needed something wheelchair/mobility accessible. The parking and the room we stayed in was perfect. It was also large, well furnished, comofortable and very clean. I plan to bring my mum again. Port Stephens is a lovely destination, even if mobility is an issue. Tip for anyone travelling with someone with mobility issues - I took mum on a ferry from Nelson Bay to Tea Gardens for lunch. The ferry was easy to board and the pub in Tea Gardens was an easy walk across the road from the ferry for lunch. Perfect getaway for mum and I.

Unit 31 the worst ever, the rooms where filthy specially under the bed, the bedrooms stunk, beds had stains quilt also had stains, 2 white couches where filthy the arm rest where brown with filthy and stains, masters bedrooms bathroom had no hanging for towel to put no hooks nothing the list can go on and o. But not worth it, we ask for another room witch they said none. Other available this was at 4pm we ask for our money back, they said only if we had a medical condition, anyway we had to sleep on lounge cause beds, bathroom, carpet where filthy eventually when we woke up we dud have a rush , so we left and still waiting to get our money back, even dought at reception they said it would take 24 hours nothing yet, this Monday will be contacting department of fair trading

Overall we are happy to come back again.
Pros:

I loved the self-contained apartment, as it allowed us to cook our own meals and prepare breakfast whenever we wanted. Having an EV charging station was also a great bonus and made our stay even more convenient.

Cons:

We found some unclean plates and glasses upon arrival. One of the plates had a pink stain, which suggests it may not have been cleaned properly by the previous guests. We kindly ask that the owner double-check the cleanliness of all kitchen items before new guests check in. Thank you

Beds were compfortable and great location pretty affordable for school holidays

Cons:

The manager was rude we accidentally slept in and asked if we could have more time and she said the cleaners had to get in .I was like i hope there not the same cleaners that done our room before we got here course it was fifthly hair everywhere and food crumbs the lovely lady that was at the desk helped clean it .But yeah nothing was offered back money wise or even a late check out so we went home in our pjs to finish of our two night spontaneous stay after loosing our dog thanks heaps
